Thanks. This is fixed for Zotero 2.1.2.
-
gailbrecht, what version of Zotero are you running? What version of Zotero OpenOffice.org Integration? Can you create a report ID?
-
seodz, you have a file named "Beispielworkflows für Automator" in Documents/Microsoft-Benutzerdaten/Word Script Menu Items/Zotero. I'm not sure how it got there, since Zotero doesn't install anything by this name and Zotero also apparently doesn't h…

Something like this is probably a good idea. I've created a ticket.
-
Did you save the file as a doc? Word format doesn't preserve ReferenceMarks. You can save as odt, or you can select the Bookmarks option in the Document Preferences window.
-
Uninstall or update the MacWord plug-in.
-
seodz, this is a different issue. Can you create a report ID?
-
We're not using macros anymore as of OpenOffice.org Integration 3.5. For now, you could potentially create macros containing the code: createUnoService("org.zotero.integration.ooo.ZoteroOpenOfficeIntegration").trigger("addCitation") (where "addCit…

kse-petrichenko, no need to double-post. I'm closing this thread because there are too many different issues discussed here (the vast majority of them fixed) for it to continue to be useful.
-
What version of Word are you running? Also, please create a report ID after re-triggering the error. Have you tried restarting your computer?
-
adamsmith is right re: the style, but I think that Frank fixed things so that this will work in the latest citeproc-js. Standalone is currently a couple versions behind the Zotero extension, but we'll release a new version of Standalone when Firefox…
-
Sorry, this one slipped by us. It's fixed now, and the fix will be available in Zotero 2.1.1.
-
Try installing Zotero 2.1 and the accompanying Word plug-in, available now on the front page.
-
Congratulations on finding the first bug in Zotero 2.1. This was an error in the Estonian locale, and I've fixed it for the next release. For now, you have a few options: You can install an English version of Firefox (or a version of Firefox in any …
-
There's no Zotero error in that report, so it's not really of much use, although that's probably because no error is getting triggered. Does this happen for any item and any item type (including e.g. standalone notes) in any collection? Does disabli…

Can you try generating a report ID?
-
cgranade, can you be more specific about what you are trying to do and what the problem is? I can't reproduce the originally reported issues on 2.1rc2 on Linux.
-
First, make sure that Zotero MacWord Integration and PythonExt are actually showing up in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions in Firefox. If both are there, press the Preferences button next to Zotero MacWord Integration and click the Reinstall button.
-
It doesn't load until you click on it, so it's not really open all the time any more than the Zotero pane is open all the time, and it takes up about 20px x 20px of horizontal space in the tab bar instead of the whole window width x 20px of vertical…

To get things working in Firefox, you can try installing our new OpenOffice.org plug-in. This won't help with Standalone for now, although it will be integrated into the next Standalone release.
-
I'm afraid I can't be of much help. Standalone is picking up some of your browser plug-ins (Veetle and the OpenOffice.org document viewer), but isn't picking up Java. This probably has something to do with how your distro configures the Java plug-in…
-
Does Java work in Firefox? Standalone doesn't register a Java component.
-
This error isn't taking place within Zotero, and seems symptomatic of a bug in the CentOS Firefox packages. Are you sure you can't reproduce this with Zotero disabled?
-
No, that's not very likely, but you should be able to load zotero://fullscreen to open Standalone from Firefox in Zotero 2.1, and set extensions.zotero.connector.enabled to true in about:config to get support for translation from Safari. If you want…
-
Close Firefox, open /Applications/Utilities/Terminal, and type the following sudo rm /Users/Shared/.zoteroIntegrationPipe* then press return, and enter your password when prompted.
-
Just to clarify, this happens in a new document? If so, what happens if you try to add a citation while Firefox isn't running?
-
I can't reproduce this on a new install of Ubuntu 10.10. Do you have a custom theme or persona installed? If so, try disabling it.
-
Apparently PythonExt doesn't like the accented character in your profile name. If you create a new profile with no accented characters in its name and copy the contents of your old profile directory to the new profile directory, it should work. See …

The same steps that apply to Firefox also apply in standalone. If you provide a report ID, we can probably narrow down possible causes, but there is a very high chance this will be fixed in the next standalone alpha, since we're changing the way Ope…
-
If you can send the document to support@zot...org, we'll take a look and see if we can figure out why this is happening. For now, you can also delete and re-insert the citations instead of editing them, or try the steps under Debugging Broken Docume…
