Move the /Users/admin/Documents/Microsoft-Benutzerdaten/Word Script Menu Items/Zotero directory to the trash and try again.
-
obstruction, can you try installing the OpenOffice Integration Trunk XPI and see if that fixes things?
-
Can you be more specific about what isn't working? If you're getting an error message, we'll need a report ID.
-
Did you remove the extension before you tried to install it again?
-
obstruction, does the window have a close box? Can you close it and then install the extension from the Cite pane in the Zotero preferences? stephanecouture, what's your screen resolution?
-
arggem, try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox and see if this still happens.
-
Do you have any security software installed? Zotero uses GetTempPath() to get the Windows temporary directory, and then tries to write a file there. This error is indicating that, for some reason, it can't write a file there. If all else fails, you…

The old word processor plug-ins are here.

We've added doubleclick.net to the blocklist. Thanks.

ploebs, try updating to OpenOffice.org 3.3 (or installing LibreOffice).

Do you have a proxy set up on your computer?

Does your user account have write access to C:\Users\alex\AppData\Local\Temp?

Can you clarify exactly how you're creating the citations that don't work? I'd like to be able to be able to reproduce this. WRT to the issue of formatting, is it lost just by closing and re-opening the document with Firefox still open? If so, this…

We're looking into the causes of this error and we will post further updates on the troubleshooting page as we have them. For now, 3.1b1 should work fine.
-
What is "epigraph style"? Are you saving the file as a doc/docx or in some other format?
-
For now, you can install the old OpenOffice.org plug-in (3.1b1) which still works with Firefox 4 and Zotero 2.1.1. We are trying to figure out why Java doesn't appear to be working with OpenOffice.org on Windows for so many people. (It works fine on…

Try uninstalling PythonExt in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions, and then reinstalling it from here. Also, make sure you have the latest version of Zotero MacWord Integration (3.1.1).
-
Can you try installing the MacWord Integration Trunk XPI and let me know if that fixes the problem?
-
There's no Zotero error in that report. Re-trigger the error and generate a new one.
-
You can try the manual installation instructions here, but since your thesis is due in 3 weeks, it may be easiest to reinstall the old OpenOffice.org plug-in for now.
-
Can you provide a report ID?
-
PHLEBIC, create a new thread and provide a report ID.
-
See this thread for the Java implementation loader issue. There is also a page on the OpenOffice.org wiki, although it may be outdated.
-
You need to be more specific. What is the problem? If you're getting an error, can you generate a report ID?
-
It certainly shouldn't take 45 minutes to install. Can you create a report ID? It's possible that an error is occurring but no dialog is appearing for some reason.
-
Fixed on the trunk.
-
This is officially fixed in Zotero MacWord Integration 3.1.1, available now.
-
Try going to Tools->Add-ons->Extensions->Zotero OpenOffice Integration->Preferences, clicking the "Install Extension" button, and, when the option is available, clicking "Manual Installation". This should show you the folder containing t…

The algorithm capitalizes the last word in a title, so that example should be fine even if we add "over" to the list.
