You can drag multiple items onto a tag in the tag selector to add the tag to all of them.
-
As far as I can tell, that add-on doesn't work with Firefox versions newer than 3.0b3, which is three years old and not compatible with Zotero 2.1.

Save as a .doc when working with it, although I'm not sure if it will help. The data in the file doesn't seem to be recoverable. This page indicates that this is a Word 2011 issue with no known cause. There is also a long thread on the Microsoft fo…

I'm now leaning toward the latter possibility (Word corrupting the document during saving), since there's no way Zotero could have modified your unopened temp file. If you can reproduce it reliably, we can try to report it to Microsoft. I'll also lo…

Strangely, I can't reproduce this on my machine with OS X, but I'll try on Linux.
-
It's pretty difficult to imagine Zotero doing this on its own, although it's possible that Zotero could trigger some sort of Word bug that would cause this. If you can send us the doc at support@zot...org, we'll see if we can figure out what happene…

There information for that item in CrossRef is incomplete. Enter it manually. As far as I can tell, this isn't a systemic issue.
-
Simon, can you try generating a debug ID? Unfortunately, the error report isn't giving me much to go on.
-
marcelli, you can also try updating your branch build to r9065, as I think I've fixed this, but if you want things to be stable, you should stay on the stable release.
-
marcelli, that's a different issue. Try downgrading to the latest stable release (install again from zotero.org).
-
I can't save from the journal page either, but saving from the article page works fine for me.
-
Either you don't have privileges to remove C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup\Zotero.dot, or it is in use. Remove the file manually and installation should complete successfully.
-
You have already created a thread. No need to post again.
-
Zotero works fine with most proxies. If no website works (including, e.g., amazon.com or other sites that wouldn't need a proxy), try these instructions.
-
Try reinstalling Zotero MacWord Integration in Tools->Add-ons->Zotero MacWord Integration->Preferences, or, if you are running Mac OS X 10.6, try upgrading to Firefox 4.
-
Try launching OOo from the command line and see if there is any useful output there. Unfortunately, this sounds like an OOo bug triggered by Zotero, and I'm not sure if we'll be able to fix it.
-
Try following the steps under debugging broken documents. If you can find a problematic citation, please email the citation, along with the reference exported as Zotero RDF, to support@zot...org.
-
There are far too many different issues in this thread, and most of them have been fixed, so it's getting closed.
-
Thanks. This will be fixed in the next release.
-
Try disabling all non-Zotero Firefox extensions and see if that makes a difference.
-
In what way have you been unable to update? Have you tried removing the Zotero MacWord Integration extension in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions and then reinstalling it?
-
You would need to set the value for dom.max_chrome_script_run_time in about:config to a higher value.
-
Can you provide a report ID?
-
This appears to have been caused by a bug in Word 2004. Under certain circumstances, which you appear to have encountered, Word 2004 apparently returns an incorrect value for the "color index" property of text range. You can try the MacWord Integrat…
-
Does this happen in a new document? Can you re-trigger the issue and generate a report ID?
-
We have no plans to support Word integration with standalone and 10.5.x. You can use Zotero for Firefox with Firefox 3.6, or upgrade to 10.6 (it's only $30).
-
Are you running Zotero 2.1.6? Can you generate a report ID?
-
Are you sure you're looking in the right place?
-
This should also be resolved since you updated to Zotero 2.1.5.
-
If either of you can send a document that's producing this error to support@zot...org, we'll take a closer look.
