Jodi, I fixed the bug here and the fix should be available in Zotero 2.1.6, which will be out tomorrow.
-
Upgrading to Firefox 4 is unlikely to change anything here, but this is certainly strange. Does this happen in a new document? Or only in an existing one? Have you changed the text color in any way?
-
There's no error in that error report. Re-trigger the error and generate another.
-
Can one of you make a backup of your document and install the Zotero 2.1 Branch XPI and make sure it solves the issue? Once you refresh the document, you should be able to reinstall Zotero 2.1.5 and everything should continue to work.
-
Provide a report ID. Install.applescript doesn't exist anymore, and the issues above have been fixed, so this is probably not exactly the same problem.
-
Zotero can't delete the file C:\Documents and Settings\jg222808\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\DÉMARRAGE\Zotero.dot, because it is in use or you don't have privileges to remove it. Delete it manually and try again. You may also need to disable any …

See the installation error page. If you get an error going through those steps, post it here.
-
If you are running Portable OOo, you will need to do a manual installation. You can put Portable OOo anywhere, and Zotero doesn't know where to look.
-
The problem is that when toolbars are disabled on a page, the Zotero toolbar is also disabled. This will be fixed in Zotero 2.1.6.
-
petrvod, can you provide a report ID?
-
You can either install OOo 3.3 from OpenOffice.org, or you can try the OpenOffice Integration Trunk XPI, which should fix this. If you go the latter route, you will want to manually install the next release of Zotero OpenOffice Integration when it c…

The error you observed. I get (Smith 2007aundefinedb)

You may need to reset your translators and styles in the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences.
-
I can reproduce with that style on the latest trunk (with citeproc-js 1.0.147), although it works fine in APA.
-
We agree that this functionality is desirable. We have a ticket for a context menu option or toolbar button, as well as another for a keyboard shortcut.
-
Do you have track changes turned on?
-
On Windows or Mac OS X, you should be able to drag the PDFs onto the references in Zotero, which will do the same thing. This will still require going through each individually, but should be significantly faster than right-clicking and selecting in…

Support for "interviewer" will be available in Zotero 2.1.6.

See this thread.

Is OOo Writer actually closing? Or is it hanging or doing something else weird? Your error report suggests the former, but I'm not sure why that would happen. Do you have the latest version of OOo (3.3)?
-
This is caused by an issue upgrading documents with Zotero 2.1.2 and earlier with citations using non-page locators (line numbers, folios, etc.). If you have a backup of the document from before then, you could try that; Zotero 2.1.5 should upgrade …
-
You could have just downgraded the OpenOffice plugin. But the trunk OpenOffice plugin should be far faster than either the old or new plugins, and is stable as far as we know (no known regressions so far).
-
This is really a Portable Firefox issue, not a Zotero issue, since it sounds like the issue is that you haven't migrated your profile from the old version to the new version. (Your bookmarks, history, cookies, and saved passwords are likely also gon…
-
What operating system, what version of Firefox, and what versions of Zotero and Zotero OpenOffice Integration are you using? (The latter should be shown in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions).
-
If the contents aren't private, would you mind sending your document to support@zot...org so that we can take a look at it?
-
You need to install the Word plug-in.
-
Szabolcs, I'm not sure you understand what an app tab is. All of the App Tabs you have set when you close Firefox will open as App Tabs when you start Firefox again. There are two options for adding another tab behavior. We could either play tricks …

Can you make a backup of the document and try the Zotero OpenOffice Integration Trunk XPI? If that doesn't work, you may be best off installing Zotero OpenOffice.org Integration 3.1b1 for now.

Provide a screenshot.

Try opening your home directory, navigating to Library/Preferences/Microsoft, and deleting the file named Office Registration Cache 11.
