There was a bug preventing CSL 1.0 dependent styles from referencing CSL 0.8 styles and vice versa. This has been fixed.
-
dnh, you do have LibreOffice installed, right? If so, this is intended behavior as adamsmith describes above. If not, this is a bug and we need to fix it.

The other problem is actually performing validation. I've been meaning to look into this validator for a while now, but I have no idea if/how well it works.

I've updated the trunk version of the unAPI translator to ignore entries with invalid XML, and to log the invalid ID to the console. The issue here is this ID, which contains: 10.1367/1539-4409(2004)0042.0.CO;2 Those < and > characters insi…

Can you generate a report ID after re-triggering the error?
-
Can you provide a little more detail about what you've tried? Also, do you have a non-English version of Word?
-
The add-on itself is compatible, but you need a new build of PythonExt to be able to use it. See my post here and let me know if it works for you.
-
Try disabling ZoteroQuickLook.
-
Can you provide a debug ID for what happens when you insert a citation?

Bookmarks should work in the Zotero OpenOffice Integration Trunk XPI, although you should heed the warnings on that page if you want to try it and install the next release of Zotero OpenOffice.org Integration when it is released.
-
It shouldn't be possible for any Zotero-related issue to make Word crash, and the fact that you've seen this with EndNote as well and we haven't heard of similar issues from other users seems to indicate that this is a problem with your system. Try …

There are no Zotero errors in either of those reports. Try re-triggering the issue and generating another.

There's no difference between the code that runs on Linux and Windows. Except for the installation process, everything is entirely platform independent.
-
Never mind, reproduced and fixed.
-
Also, I don't see this on Win 7 x64.
-
ebozonne, check for updates or re-download the Zotero WinWord Integration trunk and try again. There was a missing file, but it should be fixed now.
-
I can reproduce this if the note has an nbsp in it (e.g., if there is an empty paragraph). We should fix this.
-
Anthony and ebozonne, please provide a report ID after triggering the error.

The new Zotero OpenOffice plug-in doesn't use the Java plug-in at all (although it still relies upon Java support within OpenOffice.org), so this is indeed resolved.
-
Zotero MacWord Integration is now compatible as well, although it isn't marked as such. You will need to install the Add-on Compatibility Reporter or disable compatibility checking in about:config, and you will need to install this PythonExt XPI (wh…

Are Zotero and Zotero MacWord Integration up to date? You should be able to check in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions. The latest version of Zotero is 2.1.6, and the latest version of Zotero MacWord Integration is 3.1.2.

The trunk builds of WinWord and OpenOffice Integration are now compatible with Firefox 5.

lucas, I think you will get a prompt to update to Firefox 5 beta if you had Firefox 4 beta installed previously. This is configurable by changing the app.update.channel preference. Users who did not previously install Firefox 4 beta should not see a…
