This should be fixed in Zotero 2.1.10, available now.
-
Provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.

It's a bug in the Mozilla runtime. I'll report it, but it's unlikely to be fixed for at least 6 weeks. There is a workaround. From the Terminal: ln -s XUL.framework /Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/Frameworks/XUL.Framework But running a case-sens…

Can you go to your computer (Go->Computer), click the drive you're installing onto, go to File->Get Info, and tell us what's listed under "Format" in the window?
-
Have you tried reinstalling?
-
The plugin is trying to update itself (and install a toolbar), but you don't have permission to do that. If you can, make a new folder at /Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office/Startup/Word and it should install successfully.
-
Try opening /Applications/Utilities/Terminal and opening Zotero from the command line by typing /Applications/Zotero.app/Contents/MacOS/zotero -jsconsole Does that give you anything?

I can't reproduce 15, and we don't attach any code to the checkbox click, so it sounds like a Firefox issue.
-
I couldn't reproduce 6, but I've fixed 10, 11, and 12. Re: 9, I've made the quick format window come to the foreground with any Firefox window. There's also a hidden pref extensions.zotero.integration.keepAddCitationDialogRaised that will keep the …

The first issue I can't reproduce on Windows XP or 7 (unless I am misunderstanding what you mean by the arrow). The second I've fixed.
-
6, 10, 11, and 12 I'll take care of. 8 should be doable, but I don't consider it particularly high priority at the moment. Re: 9, we could make the window always on top on Windows. We can't tie it to the Word document. 7, 13, and 14 are hard. The…

I've fixed the original bug you reported (that inserting citations with the Word plugin doesn't work with both Standalone and Firefox open) and the fix will be available in the next release of the Word plugin.

The last page (table) in your document is somehow entirely within a Zotero bibliography field. Click anywhere within the table, and press Command-Shift-F9 on a Mac (you may need to press the fn key as well on a MacBook), or Control-Shift-F9 on a PC.
-
Ah, I forgot about that part. We can probably do something there.
-
I don't think the "Debugging broken documents" page says anything about reinstalling Word. If it doesn't work in Word 2004 or Word 2010, it's unlikely that upgrading Word will make any difference. If you can send the document to support@zot...org, w…

There's not all that much logic to load. I can see whether there's a way to make it take focus faster, but on my (admittedly new) MacBook Pro it appears essentially instantaneously. You don't have the XUL cache disabled, do you?

Zotero for Firefox is at 3.0b2. Zotero Standalone is at 3.0b2.1, which we released to fix a harmless but potentially scary error message that could appear immediately upon upgrade, and doesn't affect Zotero for Firefox. There are release dates in th…

The error message here is inaccurate, but Firefox is doing what it's supposed to do in preventing you from installing the plugin. You are trying to install the WinWord plugin (the Word for Windows plugin) on a Mac, which doesn't make much sense. If …

I am also running Mac OS X Lion, and I've never seen this. Try disabling all add-ons except for Zotero, Zotero MacWord Integration, and PythonExt, as well as any custom themes or personas, and see if that fixes the issue. If not, try providing a rep…

That deletes a pipe that Zotero uses to communicate with Word. Ordinarily, the pipe is created when Zotero starts up and deleted when Zotero shuts down. Under certain circumstances that I have never successfully reproduced, it can apparently become …

I've updated the translator to fix this issue. Zotero should automatically pull the updated translator within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can click the "Update now" button in the Zotero Standalone preferences, and then restart your browser.
-
You can do this already if you control-click the menu option (or control-shift-click, to open the tab in foreground). For Mac users, control = command. But we might want to consider making this the default.
-
This is actually already fixed for 3.0b2.
-
If you haven't already, you can try the following: Close Firefox, open /Applications/Utilities/Terminal, and type the following sudo rm /Users/Shared/.zoteroIntegrationPipe* then press return, and enter your password when prompted.
-
This sounds like a window focus issue, and we may not be able to do much about it, since it likely reflects a bug in the Firefox code combined with something else specific to your system's configuration. If you're lucky, Zotero 3.0 will fix this, si…

Rintze: Fixed for 3.0b2.

1 is done for 3.0b1. 2 I can't reproduce. What OS are you running? Can you provide a little more detail about what you're doing? (Also note that, assuming your page numbers are numeric, you can just type "p. 5" after inserting the reference and it …

I've fixed the translator. It will auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by going to Preferences->General->Update now.
-
Can you provide the exact error or a screenshot? (If you need a place to upload images, you can try tinypic or imageshack. Also, if you can, provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.
