This should be fixed in the WinWord Integration Trunk XPI. Feel free to install it, but make sure to install WinWord Integration 3.1.6 when it's released, which will probably happen later this week.

According to the latest posts on the bug above, the bug only seems to appear when "experimental features" are enabled in the LibreOffice preferences. The Zotero side currently has undefined behavior when the Java component throws an exception. We'l…

It currently looks like the bug only appears when "experimental features" are enabled in the LibreOffice preferences.

This was a translator-related issue. You can fix it by going to the Zotero preferences and pressing the "Update now" button. Alternatively, your translators will be automatically updated within 24 hours.

I'm not entirely sure what's happening or what the cause is, but you can try checking "Use classic Add Citation dialog" (or the French equivalent) in the Cite pane of the Zotero preferences and see if that works.

If you're sure you're running Firefox 3.6 above, can you also make sure you have Zotero 3.0.3 in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions, and that Zotero Standalone is closed? The output above suggests that you are either not running Firefox 3.6 or running…

It occurs to me that Standalone isn't going to work on Mac OS X 10.5, but it looks like the output you have from Firefox is actually from pasting the previous output, and not from pasting the command above. Can you do that again with Firefox open an…

With Firefox or Zotero Standalone open, try opening /Applications/Utilities/Terminal and copy/pasting the following: ls -la ~/.zotero* /Users/Shared/.zotero* Press return and post the output here.

If the Script menu is working, VBA is enabled and working. You can reinstall the toolbar by following these instructions.

I think that Ctrl+Opt+A should also work out of the box, but I'm not sure.

Can you try the Zotero 3.0 branch XPI in Firefox and see if that fixes the issue?
-
That's a Word error, not a Zotero error, so the help we can provide is limited, but you can try the steps at http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/22303/#Item_8

Right. Sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately it looks like this may be the same bug in OOo that was supposed to be fixed a few weeks ago. The best solution is to use OOo 3.4 until they fix it again.

In Safari, "Zotero is Offline" usually means that Zotero Standalone is closed. It won't stop you from saving most websites, but it will stop you from being able to save PDFs automatically and making web snapshots.

Make sure PythonExt is installed and enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions

Word 2010 Starter Edition is not supported.

If you can follow the steps to provide real-time debug output during the hang, that would be useful in tracking this down. You can email the output to support@zotero.org.

Are you sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions?

You could try moving Home/Library/Preferences/Microsoft to the desktop and see if it helps. (On Lion, you can open Home/Library by selecting Library from the Go menu while holding down the option key.) This will get rid of any customizations you've …

You could try that, but it may be easier to delete mimeTypes.rdf, which will reset file opening settings to the default.

Sorry, I think I may have misunderstood what's happening. Are you saying that Firefox opens okay, but it freezes when you click the Zotero icon to open the pane? If so, can you generate a new set of debug output for what happens when you click the i…

This is working fine for me with Firefox 10-13 and the latest version of pdf.js. What happens when you open a PDF file in Firefox using File->Open File?

You should be able to start Firefox by holding down the option key. You can then enable real-time debug output in Firefox by following these instructions, or, if extensions.zotero.debug.log doesn't show up, control-click anywhere on the lower part o…

Can you try installing the LibreOffice Integration Trunk XPI and see if that fixes the issue?

Thanks for helping us finally get to the bottom of this issue. The problem is an empty field near the top of page 33, next to the reference to footnote 111. If you press Fn+Option+F9 to show field codes, you should be able to see it and remove it. (…

This is the same issue as reported here. If you can send a document that produces the error to support@zotero.org, that would be great. We'd like to fix it, but we can't until someone sends us a document that we can use to reproduce the issue...

Does Zotero for Firefox work?

Provide a report ID after clicking the button again.

Make sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions.
