thevaughns, can you email your document to support@zotero.org?
-
In your previous thread you say: (Renaming mimeTypes.rdf as suggested in the linked support article merely caused the new mimeTypes.rdf that was generated to be nearly empty, with no entries for application/pdf. Then, if pdf.js is enabled, it is use…

thielto: are you using the Quick Format dialog or the classic add citation dialog? Does this depend on whether it's the first citation you add to a document or not? As far as it seems to me, transferring a bibliographical entry into a word footnote …

I know what part of the code is causing this, but no one else has reported this with Zotero 3.0.3. All I can think of is that you have a window that's opening and closing very rapidly, and there's a race condition as a result. In any case, I'll try …

You may already know this, but you can also drag a file or files directly from Finder to the Zotero pane, which might make things easier.
-
Provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.
-
As a first step, make sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions.
-
Have you tried reinstalling Zotero? It may or may not help.
-
SSPDF apparently stands for ScanSoft PDF, which is a third-party component. Try disabling it.

What operating system are you running?

Probably C:\Program Files (x86)\

Only Zotero for Firefox can understand URLs that look like that. The Chrome and Safari connectors can only understand URLs like http://www.jstor.org.proxy.university.edu, which are more common these days. I think that Chrome 17 added the features w…

Can you give a detailed description of what you're doing and what you're seeing on your screen?
-
What's the URL?
-
You can use Quick Copy to export Bookmarks to the clipboard. If you do, the citations should be sorted by the same order as in the Zotero pane.
-
It sounds like you installed Zotero Word for Mac Integration into Zotero Standalone, which isn't necessary because Zotero Standalone comes with Word for Mac Integration bundled in. Go to Tools->Add-ons and click "Remove" next to Zotero Word for M…

There's also a "Bookmarks" export format (not citation style) that might be what you're looking for.

What version of LibreOffice do you have? There was a bug in the LibreOffice 3.5 betas and release candidates that produced an error resembling this one. However, LibreOffice 3.5 final appears to work fine.
-
This will be fixed in Zotero 3.0.4.
-
EDIT: I misunderstood your earlier post, and I think we should make this more consistent. However, you can probably drag the icon to the left of the URL bar over Zotero Standalone.
-
We don't officially support FreeBSD, but if you can tell us the value of the O_NONBLOCK constant in fcntl.h, we could probably fix this.
-
If it happens in a new document, does it matter what citation style you select in the Zotero document preferences window?
-
First, make sure you have the openoffice.org-java-common and default-jre packages installed. If you do, try following the manual installation instructions at http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#installation_error
-
Can any or all of you send a document or portion of a document that reproduces this to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
-
It would be great if someone who is experiencing this issue could send a document or a part of a document that reproduces the issue to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread.
-
Can you provide a report ID after installing the problematic style and getting the empty menu?
-
Does this happen in a new document?

While we haven't tested Zotero under TenFourFox and we won't be able to help with any issues you might encounter running Zotero on TenFourFox unless they also appear under official releases of Firefox, in principle it should work. There's no databas…

It might also help us track the problem down if you can provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.
