Can you send the document to support@zotero.org? Also, are you getting another dialog before or after this?
-
If you post your style here, someone might be able to find the error. Have you made sure that it validates?
-
If you're using Chicago, are you sure you're using the right variant? There are "note" and "full note" variants; you probably want the latter.
-
Looks fine here. Have you tried disabling your non-Zotero extensions?
-
technatica: would you mind giving the 3.0 branch XPI a try?
-
FWIW, Microsoft has an API for this for MS Academic Search.
-
Yes, the Word plugin should have updated itself automatically when you upgraded Firefox.
-
Try upgrading to Firefox 11 and installing the latest Word plugin. It should now work on Mac OS X 10.5, and it may fix this.
-
Can you try downloading version 3.1.6 of the Word plugin and installing it into Zotero Standalone by going to Tools->Add-ons->Extensions and selecting "Install Add-on From File..."? This may be fixed in the newer version. If it works, you shou…

Try disabling proxy redirection in the Zotero preferences and see if that makes a difference. You may also need to delete the existing proxies, but I'm not sure.

Sorry, I missed the report ID in your title. I see the errors: [JavaScript Error: "Style with ID http://cermaa.foredofico.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/AB_MA.zip already loaded from "AB_MA.csl"" {file: "file:///I:/Biblio%20G%C3%A9n%C3%A9rale/zotero…

1) Provide a report ID after re-triggering the error. 2) Does this happen for any style and any item, or only with some styles and some items?
-
Please don't post multiple times. I can't reproduce this with Word 2007, but I'll see if I can with 2010 and report back on the other thread.
-
Can you make sure that PythonExt is enabled in Tools->Add-ons->Extensions? If it's not, enable it and that should fix things. If it is, try following step 2 (but not steps 1 and 3) of the real-time debug output instructions and post the output…

Please don't post multiple times. The issue described in this thread was fixed a year ago, so I'm closing it.
-
I tried to reproduce this but I was unable to. I'm running out of ideas, but can you test whether it makes a difference if you close the Zotero toolbar and access the scripts from the script menu?
-
Blocking .js seems strange, since that would also prevent Firefox from saving its preferences. However, I think that you should be able to edit the shortcut to Zotero Standalone to change the profile directory by right-clicking it, selecting "Proper…

We've seen this before, and it's caused by a bug in LibreOffice. You can try removing the add-on from within LibreOffice and then reinstalling it, but we don't have a good solution beyond that.

If it happens with Zotero closed, Word is crashing because of something that Zotero told it to insert. Theoretically, this shouldn't happen. The things that Zotero inserts shouldn't make Word crash, and Word shouldn't let Zotero insert things that w…

If this happens without Zotero running, then I'm almost certain that this is a Word bug that's somehow triggered by inserting a citation. If you create a new document and insert a footnote from within Word (not using Zotero) can you reproduce this? …
-
Can you still reproduce this if you close Zotero Standalone after inserting the citation?
-
Unless you are using the functionality in the Zotero toolbar, Zotero does not communicate with Word at all, so it shouldn't crash it. In any case, the first thing I would try is installing the latest Word update (14.1.4 as of this writing).
-
The problem seems to be that the citation "11" on page 10 was copy and pasted from a document created with Zotero 2.1, and in addition to that you don't have the item in your library. I'll fix this for the next release, but if you delete and reinser…

Would you mind sending the document to support@zotero.org?
-
It's not possible due to limitations of Word for Mac.
-
There's still no error in there. Are you sure that you re-triggered the error before generating it?
-
There's no Zotero error in that report. Try generating another report ID.
-
This case generally works fine, since the code tries to install to the startup folders for all versions of Word between 9 and 14. (I test on a machine with 5 versions of Office installed.) In your case, it sounds like you customized the startup fold…

Provide a report ID after re-triggering the error and double-check the version of Word you have. (There is no Word 2010 for Mac, only Word 2008 and Word 2011.)
