Install the Word for Windows plugin. Based on your report ID, it looks like it's not installed.
-
You're running Zotero off the disk image. You need to copy it to your hard drive by dragging it to the folder labeled "Drag Here to Install."

tb82mz: Word is refusing to change the line spacing for the bibliography, which Zotero doesn't like. Does this happen even in a new document? k3rmit: Have you tried the steps at http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#ca…

It sounds like you reinstalled Zotero, but not the Word plugin. Reinstall the Word plugin from http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_installation_for_zotero_2.1#microsoft_word

There is an issue with the editor in "classic view" in Zotero 3.0.8 producing non-breaking spaces, which will be corrected in the next release. However, editing the entry in the document should work.

Unfortunately, I don't have much to go on here. I don't know what causes this error; I don't think I've seen it before except in connection with Word 2013 Preview, where I know the cause; and I can't reproduce it. You should upgrade to Firefox 15 (…

antianto: Are you sure Word isn't running as administrator? It certainly shouldn't be necessary to run Firefox or Zotero Standalone as administrator otherwise, and I think doing so might break Word integration instead of fixing it.
-
Yes, thanks for catching that.

Almost all of those are not relevant, beyond "unopkg at /opt/libreoffice3.5/program/unopkg failed to install", which isn't going to help troubleshoot. Start with http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#installation_error

\line{} is definitely better. There are paragraph breaks inserted into RTF output by Zotero when entries are joined together. I think that if we remove \line{} at the beginning of the string and \line\r\n at the end of the string in @bibliography/e…

I suspect this has something to do with the behavior of xdg-open on your system, although it isn't supposed to block even if xdg-open doesn't exit. It may be a little while until I can look into this, though.
-
I don't particularly like changing the behavior of the context menu, but we could make better use of the right pane when multiple items are selected, since currently it isn't doing much. I suspect this will come with batch editing.
-
AFAIK, there's no formatting you can do with RTF stylesheets that you can't do without them, since they're just aliases for paragraph formatting commands. (Also, as I recall, using styles in the word processor plugins will cause Word to add duplicat…

What is the exact text of the dialog you see/saw?

Can you generate a debug ID for what happens when you add citations? (Start the process before inserting the first citation, and then add two.)
-
The full report ID might be useful, but it looks like security software is interfering or Zotero and Word are running with different privileges.
-
It works fine as long as you don't insert a bibliography or any citations with formatting or non-ASCII characters. Then it will either give you an error or replicate the citations/bibliography multiple times on refresh.

Looks like broken Java in NeoOffice. Make sure you have the latest version of NeoOffice and that you've installed any Java updates that appear in the Software Update system preference. (If that doesn't help, follow the manual installation instructio…

It looks like this isn't properly implemented for LibreOffice at present, although I was apparently aware of this at a previous date and forgot to revisit it. The relevant code is here for LibreOffice, here for Word for Windows, and here for Word fo…

There was a report of this with Zotero 3.0.6, but we fixed that, so I'm not sure what would cause this. Do you have any security software installed? It might help us track down the problem if you can download WinCrashReport, run it after XULRunner …

First, update to Zotero Standalone 3.0.8 (you have 3.0.7). If that doesn't help, let us know what version of Word you're using.

My suggestion at http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/9054/#Item_7 might be worth a try. If that doesn't help, I don't know whether we'll be able to troubleshoot this, but it might help to know the version of Word on your co-worker's computer and whe…

I looked at the document, and it looked like some of the reference data should have been embedded but wasn't. I've fixed that for the next Zotero release. However, the references should still work if you locate them in Zotero, and when I tried that,…
