Report error #895975801... Word add-in not functioning

Using Zotero standalone w/word add-in. Chose right clicked insert cite icon, within addin section of word and selected classic view. Now none of the icons will activate anything... Tried re-installing the addin, still nothing. any ideas?

    First, update to Zotero Standalone 3.0.8 (you have 3.0.7). If that doesn't help, let us know what version of Word you're using.
