I've updated the translator to fix this issue. Zotero should automatically pull the updated translator within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can click the "Update now" button in the General pane of the Zotero preferences, and then restart your browser.
-
The issue reported by banerjeec2 should be fixed in Zotero Standalone 3.0.11.1, available now.
-
What version of Word do you have?
-
Provide a report ID after re-triggering the error.
-
What version of Mac OS X do you have?
-
There is a link at the bottom, although it's a bit hidden.

Start by updating to Zotero 3.0.11.

Actually, this page suggests that this may already be fixed on Norton's end. Have you tried updating your virus definitions?
-
Yes, it's a false positive. Previously reported with SeaMonkey. We'll see if we can do something about this, but that thread makes it sound like Norton knew about this several months ago and still hasn't fixed it.
-
I can't reproduce this. A report ID may help.
-
This was due to a change in pdf.js, and we have a fix already implemented for the next Zotero release.
-
Because Word for Mac indexes citations by citation number, if you modify the document in a way that changes the correspondence between citation and citation index while you are adding or editing a citation, Zotero can become confused. I've fixed thi…

There's an option in the Zotero preferences (under Cite->Styles) to include URLs of paper articles in references. If this is unchecked (and it is by default), then you shouldn't get URLs in your citations when the references have page numbers.

(On some Mac keyboards, you might have to press Fn + Option + F9 to make fields visible.)

There's a bug with storing references in documents with numbered citations in Zotero 3.0.8. It will be fixed in Zotero 3.0.9, which will be out by the end of the week. For now, if you click the refresh button on the Zotero toolbar before sending the…

Office 2013 won't be released until next year. We will have a workaround for this by then, but the current solution is to use Office 2010.

If you have Zotero for Firefox, install the Word for Mac plugin. If you have Zotero Standalone, install the Word add-in in the Zotero preferences (Cite->Word Processors).
-
I'm not sure why this is happening, but you should be able to fix it by typing about:config into your address bar and pressing return, typing "unopkgPaths" into the search box that appears, right-clicking it, and selecting "Reset" from the menu.

Zotero only communicates with Word when inserting citations (and even when inserting citations, it shouldn't be possible for Zotero to crash Word, since all communication happens via AppleScript). A crash on save is definitely a bug in Word, and our…

Zotero uses WorldCat to look up ISBNs, but it looks like something (your proxy?) is redirecting WorldCat to https://p1.proxy.ucla.edu/auth?uri=http://www.worldcat.org, which is a login page and doesn't have the book's metadata. I'm not sure what the…

I think the original issue here was this, which is actually a bug in Word that can also be triggered without Zotero. If you're experiencing it, upgrade to the latest version of Word 2011, which might be fixed.
-
k3rmit: the issue you're having is unrelated to tb82mz's newer error. Your error indicates that AppleScript isn't working in Word at all, and we aren't aware of any solutions for this beyond the steps on the page I linked to above.

I'm not really sure what the appropriate behavior is here. We can easily save the links even when snapshots are disabled, but then should we also save snapshots as links if they don't have the same URL as the item? It's also worth noting that eithe…
