Unfortunately google books does very strange things with the URL of each entry, especially from a search results page. That's probably why that feature was left out on those particular websites.

As far as I can tell, each Gale database requires that someone write a different translator. That's probably the reason for the delay.

I'm not having any problems getting those articles to work. Make sure that Zotero is trying to use the correct translator for that site. If you hover your cursor over the Icon in the URL window it should read "Save to Zotero (IngentaConnect)" …
