Zotero unable to pick up any bibliographic data in italian sites

Working in Italy. Downloaded Firefox 3. Downloaded last version of Zotero. Istalled everything. Of course both items speak Italian. But: tried several times with web pages with bib data in several languages but sitting in Italian sites, Zotero completely deaf, does not pick up anything...
Don't know if it's a bug or do I have to specify something or set up something?
I have a screenshot of the problem but there's no way to attach anything here.
Could send it, if Zotero staff provided an email address.

Thanks for some help (a fundamental need...)

  • Can you provide some example URLs?
  • Thanks a 1000 for responding.

Here are some urls where Zotero reaction is nihil, as far as I can tell

Let me know if you need more or different
  • I think the problem is that the sites you are visiting do not have Zotero translators written for them. Zotero can't take bibliographic data from a site until it's been told how. If there are specific databases you want to see supported, you might try posting a request at:

    http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/2814/which-site-translators-would-you-like-to-see-take-2/

Until then, you can still take a screen capture using Zotero by clicking the "Create New Item from Current Page" button, and fill in the relevant data yourself.
