I just tested with FireFox (instead of Chrome). It successfully selected all 356 items.

Thanks for your help! I appreciate it.

I just ran into the same issue. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/122729/z7-beta-cant-save-to-zotero-reference-extractor (Found this post after I posted and discovered an open GitHUb ticket).

It seems this is a known issue: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/84241/zotero-select-links-not-working-with-many-items With an open GitHub ticket: https://github.com/rmzelle/ref-extractor/issues/35

Hmm... works for me, too, in a new document with 2 citations. I also tried with an earlier, smaller version with 1/2 the citations (161) and it worked. So, I did some document trouble shooting. Pp. 1-188 (357 cites) -- No Pp. 90-188 (110 cites) …

"Import Annotations" did the trick. I don't remember doing anything different with this file, but all's well that ends well. Thanks!

Yes, that worked! I must have accidentally pressed shift as I was doing a ctrl-X delete. Thanks so much.

How exactly are you trying to cite? Be specific.

Does View/0dd-Even Spread do what you want?

While this probably wouldn't happen to you, but I can foresee the outcries of someone who sets that preference then forgets to change it back; or if they inadvertently set it, then accidently deleted something and wasn't warned. What if you just m…

@k.chauhan2555, I'm a little confused. You say you have 160 items in Unfiled, yet you say you have separate folders with all your files. Including those 160? As @aborel indicated, by definition the 160 files are not "filed" in any collection. When…

New info: I did find JSIV7BQB in the storage. It contains a pdf that I recently copied to a group library. I deleted the copy in the group library and still got the error in both libraries. Then I deleted the group library copy from the trash …

In addition to the report ID, you need to include the steps to reproduce the problem. https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems

Great. I'm working in APA, so ibid isn't a problem. Thanks!

You are too fast in responding! Will my work around in my edit above work?

Have you tried hovering the pointer over the last creator?

I double checked before I posted. The deleted note was in the bin, and then was restored to the original item. (I don't think this should make a difference, but I'm on the Z7-beta.)

Did you check the trash?
