Thank you! I've known the reason. It's IPV6, my PC can access to IPV6 while my Surface can't. IPV6 helps get the BibTex and other cite formation code. IPV4 have been blocked.

yes, I use a Host file to get access to Google Scholar. However, both of my two computers using the same Host file and in the same network environment. I don't know how to figure out the problem.

I can't open the link for "bibtex", and the other format links can't be opened, either. my another pc works well can open it.

you mean insert an citation in Word in the style of BibTeX? I don't have this kind style, only "BibTeX generic citation style", and something like : Barbero_Cosso_Roman_Weadon_2013
