Hi Nick, Can you please send us the "broken" document at support@zot...org? Thanks.
-
You can find the extensions linked from the home page and from our documentation pages. Here's the direct link.
-
New plugins for MS Word and OpenOffice (including NeoOffice) are now available.
-
Thanks for the suggestion: https://www.zotero.org/trac/ticket/719

Thanks for the bug report. We have confirmed this problem under Windows XP and are working on a fix. To close the warning message, try pressing enter rather than clicking "OK."
-
Thanks for the heads up. ProQuest now supports RIS export, so we're currently updating our translator to use it instead (more reliable than screen-scraping). Thanks again.
-
maccardi: Thanks for the heads up. We'll roll out a fix shortly.
-
Thanks for the advice on utilities.
-
ransomca: Could you also please send your doc to support@zo.....org indicating the problem paragraph? Thank you.
-
If you still have a copy of the "broken" document, could you please email it to support@zo.....org? We're trying to narrow down the cause of this problem before our next plugin update. Thank you.

Unfortunately, IEEE Explore is not including the DOI in their RIS citation files. I'm not sure why.
-
We may have a solution to test. Could you please contact me by email? Any one of our support addresses will work. Thanks.
-
Thank you for the detective work. We do have a trim function, Zotero.Utilities.superCleanString(), and we'll apply it to the appropriate import translator. Thanks again.
-
ATLA is already supported through OVID.
-
If you could tell us which university library catalog you're using, we could check to see what needs to be done to support it. It might require only a very small change on our end.
-
Re: import, it looks like Wiley is not generating properly formatted Refer/BibIX records. They're putting all authors on a single %A line instead of each on its own line as the specification requires.
-
neilernst- Thanks for your comment. We've tweaked the BibTeX translator to handle report numbers better. Please go to your Zotero prefs and click "Update now" to get the updated translator. Import time will dramatically improve with the next rel…

caroleen and josalegal- Thanks for helping us to identify this problem. We've updated the EBSCO site translator to support languages other than English. Please go to your Zotero prefs and click "Update now" to get the updated translator.

The problem is that on various sites "Endnote files" sometimes means RIS (which we automatically import) and other times means .enw (which we don't yet automatically import) and still other times just means a full display record (basically impossibl…

Sorry, Amazon does not store place of publication. We can't import what they don't have. I would suggest that you try a different resource, like the Library of Congress catalog.
-
It's no problem at all. I just opened the file in a text editor happened to notice the extra commas. Is JabRef putting them there?
-
bbolker- There are a couple of minor problems with your BibTeX file: 1) Remove the JabRef header ("This file was created with JabRef 2.2b2. Encoding: UTF8"). This header prevents Zotero from recognizing that it has found a BibTeX file. 2) Repair…
-
jrrnyc- It sounds like you're using an older version. You can check your version level by going to the Firefox menu Tools->Add-ons. Please download the latest release of Zotero from our home page. That said, how are you planning to save your …

Sudoc appears to be working well. Please provide us with a specific URL or resource.
-
The translator seems to be working fine. Could you please provide a specific article that is not working in EBSCO? As for "blue icon" (a book) and "yellow icon" (a folder), most EBSCO individual items are likely to display our journal article icon…

I've already gone ahead and updated the HeinOnline and USPTO translators accordingly. They'll be available later today.
-
Tgr, Thanks for pointing out this problem. It's now fixed on the dev build.
