Many thanks for your patch, which I've just applied to the translator. The updated version will push out to Zotero users shortly.
-
Sounds great. I'm happy to open a ticket for you. Are you coding against the trunk or against the 1.0 branch?
-
In the address bar where you would normally type a URL, type "about:config" without the quotation marks and press enter.
-
No problem. Please let us know if it's not working for you.
-
Is this not working in 1.0.9? Ticket #741 was opened right after your original post, and it was closed several months ago. The fix should be present in the current 1.0.9 release.
-
Can you provide some specific examples that aren't working? Feel free to post some stable links here.

Thanks for your report. It's a known issue.

Until recently, JSTOR did not include a text layer in its PDFs. Without that layer, the PDF is effectively just an image, and there's no way for Zotero (or any other tool) to read or recognize anything. If the PDFs are from JSTOR, you could always g…

Sorry to hear about your problems. When you specified an alternate location for your Zotero library, did you ever actually copy your existing data to that new location? It doesn't sound like it. Are you sure that the data is actually gone? What, if…

It looks like the add button interface is broken in the Sync Preview, and I'll create a ticket. You should still be able to tag an attachment by dragging the attachment to a tag in the tag selector.
-
Make sure that you enter the proper WebDAV URL, user ID, and password for those other computers into their Zotero preferences. Check the "Enable file syncing" box. Now try syncing from one of them. If it still doesn't work, please send debug output…

Are you running any other Firefox extensions on that machine?
-
You shouldn't have to install appscript, since our plugin installer should take care of it for you if necessary. Until Simon chimes in again, it might also be helpful to know whether you're running PPC or Intel.
-
Could you please send us debug output to support@zot....org? Thanks.
-
You were not using the latest version of Zotero, which is 1.5-sync3.2. Please give it a try and let us know how it works.
-
You mean the Zotero site translator is working okay, right? Because we're now experiencing no problems with Zotero pulling PubMed data.
-
The PubMed site appears to be broken right now. Search results seem normal, but opening them returns nearly blank pages. Their XML citation service is also down. This is not a Zotero problem, but we'll continue to monitor their site.
-
Zotero 1.5 offers the ability to present a tag cloud where tags are sized according to their relative usage. Your ideas sound good, and we'll keep them in mind for future enhancements.
-
Please follow the instructions found here.
-
You need to make sure that you quit Firefox and then start it as indicated on the debug output page.
-
Do you have the Vancouver style installed?
-
Sounds great, anoop. Many thanks for your helpful contributions to the Zotero project.
-
You'll need to provide us with more concrete information than "all sorts of issues." What specifically is happening?
-
What style are you using?
-
The problem is fixed on the trunk, and we expect to release a new version of the Sync Preview tomorrow that contains this fix, among many others. Thanks for your patience.

After reviewing your output files, it looks like storage sync is not enabled on the second machine. Can you go into Zotero preferences on the second machine and make sure that storage syncing is set up and verified? Then sync again, and the attachme…
-
In the long run, the sync server will also function as a backup, but as noksagt says, it's presently under active development.
-
It would not even be possible since 1.0.7 does not support syncing at all.
