Should be fixed now. You can update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now

and use the zotero plugin to select a new literature citationYou mean from within Word? How long have you let it run? And do you have to restart Firefox or Word? If you don't have to restart Firefox to recover, then please provide a Debug ID for th…

and then open a firefox3 browserI really hope that's a typo. Last minor version of Firefox 3 (3.6) was released over 4 years ago and has not been supported for 2 years now. We cannot provide support for Firefox versions that old. Please upgrade.

OK, we can go with their general guideline. But you can confirm that an editor asked for double-spaced references, right?
-
They don't mention this in their formatting guidelines. Is this coming directly from the editor?
-
And the name of the journal is.... (we can just fix it in the CSL style if it's wrong)
-
Also, what is the name of the journal. Odds are you can just use the style that's designed for that journal.
-
As I said above, you need to modify the formatting style named "Bibliography". http://www.uwec.edu/help/word07/sty-bscs-m.htm#modifying
-
Is this for a personal style or is this a requirement for some journal? If you just want this to apply to one document, you can edit the Bibliography formatting style in Word (which is what is applied to the bibliography)
-
No, that is not currently possible, but the feature is planned in general. And then more generally just searching the document for Zotero citations. As opposed to things that look like citations but are not inserted by Zotero? Couldn't you just searc…

The toolbar is missing inside OpenOffice? Try reinstalling the add-in via (Zotero) Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors

No, do not delete anything. Could you take a screenshot of what you're looking at, upload it somewhere (imgur or dropbox), and link to it here? I'm a bit confused by your description.
-
Mostly because Embase RIS export is rather difficult to use for Zotero purposes and that there really have not been that many requests for such translator over the years.
-
I just tested it out and Zotero seems to work the same as with Chrome. I didn't test it exhaustively, so there might be web pages that don't work in Iron but work in Chrome.
-
I was following the guide (which is way way way extensive) and it required quite a bit of tweaking, so this got delayed. I should have this done by the end of the week (when I find some free time).

We fixed date import from JSON in Zotero: https://github.com/zotero/zotero/commit/85c5c614ea3da2d2be034f3ef91ad140a9bf93cb Thanks for reporting! Not much CSL-JSON _importing_ happening in Zotero, thought we're using it for DataCite DOI imports now.

It's likely that PDF.js (the PDF reader that Firefox uses to preview PDFs) cannot handle some special cases of annotations. Would you mind linking to a PDF that is not working for you (i.e. annotations are not showing up)?
-
When you open it through Firefox plugin, where does the PDF open? Within Firefox? What if you right-click the PDF in Zotero (in Firefox), select Show File, and then try to open the PDF?

See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sharing_data_directory#how_do_i_know_if_my_data_directories_are_shared

So you have both Zotero Standalone and Zotero in Firefox? Or are you referring to the Firefox version as Standalone? Make sure you are syncing with the same username as your Zotero.org account. Also, make sure that you don't have your collections c…

Then this is likely a papership app issue. Please report it to them either via Twitter @PaperShipApp or via http://shazino.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Are you using WebDAV or zotero.org servers to sync? Can you see your annotation changes on zotero.org (if using zotero.org to sync files) or on another computer?

Thanks for reporting!! Should be fixed now. You can update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now

Please provide links to some sample web pages where these numbers are exported. Also, are you expecting these to be imported into the Call Number field?

Nvm i think I figured it out. Patch coming

Nitro PDF appears to set the default as we expect on Windows XP. You can try re-associating Nitro PDF as the default reader and see if it helps.
-
It seems to be doing something right if Windows picks it up as the default PDF viewer. What were the default values?
-
You cannot do this on Zotero.org, but you can do it in the Zotero client on your computer
