@aurimas - do you want to take a look at www.eva.dk/projekter/2013/undervisning-pa-mellemtrinnet/download-rapporten/motiverende-undervisning.-taet-pa-god-undervisningspraksis-pa-mellemtrinnet/download looks like something unusual might be going on …

I can't promise any improvements in the immediate future, but most of those articles do have a DOI, so Zotero should be able to detect it and offer to import it. You can also click on the full text link, which will take you to the publisher's websit…

What URL?
-
No, but you can use https://ifttt.com/ to automate a number of things based on library feeds. (See the "Subscribe to this feed" link in the group library on zotero.org)
-
You are correct! (tiny font) In that case, no need to reset file sync history.
-
Will that also purge my Group files too?nopeAre you sure? I thought it deletes all files (though I have nothing to cite). Granted that this doesn't actually delete your files locally, so it shouldn't do any damage, but I think they will be gone from…

Thanks for reporting. This should be fixed now. Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, refresh the page and give it another go.
-
Though you should really be working with the same Zotero library on multiple computers. If you add references from different libraries, you will only be able to edit metadata for the references that are linked to the current library.

How were you able to submit the debug log (not real-time debug log) if Zotero/Firefox remain frozen?
-
So you've let it sit for 15 minutes in the unresponsive state? If so, submit a real-time debug log. https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output#real-time_debug_output
-
How long have you let it sit frozen? Give it 10-15 mins. If it doesn't recover, let us know.
-
By crash, do you mean that Firefox closes or does it just freeze up?
-
Are you able to submit a debug log for an attempt to update translators? If not, then you can click "View Output", copy the contents of the log, and email them (in a text file) to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. Edit: Also, please st…

Works for me. What browser/OS/Zotero versions? Which URLs/search queries specifically?
-
Within a week, but post back here in a few days as a reminder.
-
Sorry for not replying to your email. We'll get to this, just not immediately. Thanks for updating us on the status.
-
Relations are only exported in Zotero RDF format.
-
That's a report ID, which may be helpful as well, but adamsmith was asking for a debug ID (see link in his post)
-
Could you upload your database to the database repair tool and post the ID here? https://www.zotero.org/utils/dbfix/

Only one user can be an owner of the group, but you can have multiple administrators. Administrators will have almost all of the same rights as the owner, except that the storage quota will be drawn exclusively from the owner. What are you trying to…

if the trash is empty then you've cleared it. Are you sure there's no another item that the error message could be referring to? I believe the error message gives you an 8 character item key that you can search for (select Everything in the search b…

@MikeGruz, if you're still following this thread, can you confirm that after replacing your translator with an older version the page is actually detected by the JSTOR translator? (i.e. if you mouse-over the URL bar icon, it says JSTOR and not DOI)
-
So I was trying to fix the original issue reported above by making Zotero retrieve metadata from JSTOR via HTTPS even when the pages are accessed over HTTP, but this introduces additional issues with proxies that do not properly support (or don't su…
-
Can you access the page via https://www.jstor.org.connect.nls.uk/stable/1800252?seq=1#page_scan_tab_contents (note the https) and does it remain as https?
-
What's the URL exactly as you see it in the URL bar?
-
"Apple Inc. 1.60_65" is a JRE. I can see how the instructions may be confusing in this regard.
-
Install this http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572
-
Have you cleared your trash?
-
Which OS? Also, see https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=78855 which basically says that you need to make sure you have the 32 bit (not 64 bit) JRE installed
-
Not currently possible, but I think being able to split existing notes at cursor would be a nice feature.
