It does look very nice, but at first glance it makes it look like Word integration is only available for Firefox plugin. Also, a nit, but it's recommending safari plugin on an android device.

I'm guessing that it is importing the first 200 or so bookmarks. Look for the next bookmark that failed to import and delete it. See if that allows the import to go through. Post the bookmark that Zotero cannot handle here.
