Don't forget to remove the 3.0 branch xpi when 3.0.12 comes out.

http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/27407/ebscohost-no-icon-in-url-bar/ Will be fixed in 3.0.12, which is due out soon (no exact date, but probably within a week)

Fixed. You can wait for your translator to update automatically within 24 hours or update manually via Preferences... -> General -> Update Now.

We'll fix the error, but the weird thing is that the website does not list a title for that article (e.g. compare to http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/03081060600905434). So even with the fix, the title would be blank (maybe we can do some…

There are dev XPIs available for both the 3.0 branch and the master branch. Those aren't currently built automatically, but if I'm around I try to remember to build those as soon as I see a commit on a given branch Maybe it wouldn't be too hard to s…

haha, i was worried that one of you would beat me :-) I was surprised to be first. I think both posts will be helpful

Zotero uses git versioning system to maintain its code (so every change is tracked and can be reverted if needed). It also uses GitHub to publicly host and distribute the git repositories. All git repositories (collections of files corresponding to…

I imagine that the frame would be collapsible, just like the tag panel. I typically use Zotero Standalone, so screen real estate is not an issue, but I can see how this could be a bit much in Firefox. Maybe a keyboard shortcut could collapse/minimiz…

In terms of ease of use this change is all down hill. I frequently check the abstract of an item in Zotero to be sure I'm citing the correct paper, then if needed, I open the corresponding pdf file / go to the publishers page. Note that abstracts ar…

Looks to me like those are 3 separate institutional authors www.nap.edu/openbook.php?record_id=13465&page=R1

I'll take a look at it tonight ajlyon. hopefully it's nothing major.

We should really be able to parse ENW format. Is there some sort of legal issue with that? It looks almost like RIS but with different tag format (though I haven't explored it too much), so we could probably just .replace(...) the tags. If it's a b…

I guess we're not exactly following the same pattern as EndNote by using relative paths without any protocol. (i.e. L1 - attachments/something/something.pdf) I really wanted to make it look more like an official path, but file:// protocol does not …

I'll try to get to EndNote XML within the next week. Currently working on BibTeX. But yeah, they are mistaken about RIS and file attachments. Even EndNote exports file attachments with RIS.

I just pushed out an update for this (thanks to symac for the actual fix). You can wait for your translators to update automatically within 24 hours or update manually via Preferences... -> General -> Update Now

This is caused by the double slash in the URL that you posted originally (i.e. abes.fr//DB=2.1). SUDOC translator does not recognize this. This causes the COinS translator to kick in, which recognizes some (two sets of) metadata embedded in the page…

You'll have to install it as a Firefox extension. There is no beta version of Zotero Standalone. Unfortunately, if you don't want to use Firefox, you would have to wait until 3.0.12 is officially released to see if your issue is fixed.

If you go to Google Scholar and perform a search, does it give you results as expected? If so, then you are not being blocked. Dan or Simon will have to take a look at the debug ID otherwise to see if there is something else going on that we're not…

Those changes were made to correspond to RIS specification at http://www.refman.com/support/risformat_intro.asp We might consider exporting these (and a couple other) fields with old values in addition to the new ones. This will likely happen only …

Do you have access to the fulltext article? If you do, then follow the steps on http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues and provide a Report ID if you get to step 11. If no, then... As per http://www.zotero.org/support/kno…

This should be fixed now. Please report any further issues.

There are several things that could be happening (I don't have access to Debug IDs, so maybe Dan or Simon can provide more insight). 1) Your PDFs are not OCR'ed (but that's probably not the problem you're experiencing) 2) You are locked out of Goo…

There is currently a bug in Zotero that results in the Zotero URL bar icon going away when the URL of the page changes without the page being refreshed. We're working on a fix here. It should probably make it into the next Zotero release.
