Have you tried updating your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now?
-
What version of Zotero do you have? Are you only seeing that with ü? (What if you try another character, like the İ above?) Could you copy-paste the value that contains the ü from Zotero here?
-
Whether you sync attachments or not, the amount of metadata you can sync is unlimited. Once you hit the storage quota for attachments though, Zotero may exhibit some slower behavior when trying to sync, so we suggest turning off just the attachment …

Zotero is not compatible with the Office 2015 preview and probably won't be for quite some time. More on that here and here
-
However for some reason they still have the _tablet or _tablet_modified labels. Strangely even removing the label manually does not remove the items from the search collections (even though they should be based on the search criteria).Make sure you'…
-
No, there is not. So you essentially want separate, independent bibliographies for each collection and you want to do it all in one go?
-
I can confirm that both PUT requests that were failing above are now working fine. Looks like box.com fixed the issue on their end.
-
For Box support, here's a minimal failing/passing example (note that either removing the "charset" parameter from Content-Type or changing data to not contain a forward slash fixes the issue) $ curl 'https://####:####@dav.box.com/dav/test/VQ52ZDEQ.…
-
Some additional details about the issue (for reference). The 404 response includes the following content Sabre_DAV_Exception_NotFound File not found: VQ52ZDEQ.prop?<properties version="1"><mtime>1430…

I tweeted them https://twitter.com/vinaur/status/593201380854083584?s=09 but feel free to bug them some more, since I don't think WebDAV is high on their priority list.

Try updating one more time. There was a mistake in the last update.

@Dan, I misunderstood what you were suggesting. When using the Cite function, request for BibTeX data includes a required "scisig" parameter, which seems to be some server-side generated value (e.g. "AAGBfm0AAAAAVT8Pf0ueX3Ey_mxke1G4L7Ry5a4QGm-N"). S…

It's not about getting the links to show up. GS actually cares that the GSP cookie has the correct "CF" value set. That's the only way to get BibTeX export. In any case, this is clearly an issue with Google Scholar, but it seems that when the GSP …
-
FWIW, I'm seeing the same problem in Chrome. I don't think I've messed with the GSP cookie before on this profile and the BibTeX preference is not sticking (GSP is missing from cookies too). All other prefs do stick.
-
I took mr_podolsky's comment as a feature suggestion. Personally, I like the idea of being able to quickly import a publication based on some keywords directly from the Word document. Google scholar is a good database for this, but the metadata is v…
-
There is not, but I don't really see what metadata from LRMI Zotero would be interested in. With the exception of useRightsURL, none of the other metadata seems relevant. http://www.lrmi.net/the-specification Adding support for more applicable sche…

That is the default option. See https://www.zotero.org/support/sync if you want to upload

@Budizz, update your translators via Zotero Preferences -> General -> Update Now, restart your browser, and try importing over proxy again. I'm not entirely sure that we fixed this, since I can't test over proxy.
-
Could you submit a debug log for importing an item using the URL bar icon with and without proxy? https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output (enable debug logging in the browser that you're using)
-
That last one may be more difficult to do than it may see, but I'll give it a shot. On a slightly unrelated note, I was looking around at best practices for protecting capitals in BibTeX and came across http://stackoverflow.com/a/2897666 I don't ha…

Could you try selecting some collection in zotero standalone, then importing from Firefox. Does the collection appear in the import popup? Does it still say that it's importing to My Library? Also, could you generate real time debug output from Fir…
-
If you can post the file somewhere (e.g. Dropbox) and link to it here, we can take a look. Otherwise you may have to email it to someone (probably Joscha) for further debugging.
-
What would solve this problem and what I've been interested in implementing for a while is a toggle button (probably in the Zotero toolbar) for recursive/non-recursive collections*. Unless, you mean that you have items assigned to both the parent co…
-
No, sorry, that's not possible.
-
(@adamsmith, but he could use the Extra field hack if the style supports this. I'll let you elaborate on that in case I'm missing something here)
-
I don't think we'd want to automatically migrate such values later when we gain better item type support — the ones we'd migrate are the nice-looking ones we know we're using.I don't think there's much downside to this though. Given the awkward nota…
-
Can you elaborate on that?
-
No, it doesn't pick up DOI label (at least to the best of my knowledge). It wouldn't be difficult to add support for the "Label: value" notation for all CSL variables, but we don't currently do it.
-
Yes, we should be doing this now that the {:DOI: } notation is being more widely recommended. 4.2 (probably 5.1 at this point) is getting closer, but it's not quite there yet.
