I don't think we've ever seen that. The items will appear in the center but will be in gray, only the notes will be shown in black. You can then click on one of the notes and press Ctrl/Cmd+A.
-
In case you haven't seen this, read through https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/importing_records_from_endnote#importing_into_zotero which talks about disabling those notes prior to import and how to delete the notes quickly after the import.

https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output for debug log. Try generating that with as few items as possible (that still result in the issue). Can you reproduce this with an empty collection?

Could you create a fresh sample file where you create a new document, insert a few references, then insert a bibliography, save the file and close it, open it again, then insert a few more references and save it? Please email the file to support@zot…

When the download fails and you try to access the PDF directly on Wiley, does the PDF appear on a page of its own, or is there a banner at the top of the page? Also, a Debug log for a failing download would help. https://www.zotero.org/support/debug…

Could you provide a Debug ID covering a "query limit reached" error? https://www.zotero.org/support/debug_output

I removed the RIS correction for "Periodicals". Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, restart browser, and try importing again.

I was referring to the icon that is displayed next to the search result. The RIS export in each case (from search results and individual articles) is "TY - JOUR", which is correct. I'm not sure why EBSCOhost chooses to show the periodical icon for …

When I click a file to view the pdfs I have uploaded there is usually an option under "tags" that says "view" and you can click that to view the pdf.Sorry, I didn't read this right the first time. Thought you were talking about a different location.…

Did you make sure the group library is not a public library? Is there a file attached to the item in your Zotero client (on your computer, not on zotero.org)?
-
Note that files cannot be uploaded to public group libraries with open membership. Only private group libraries and public group libraries with closed membership can host files. https://www.zotero.org/support/groups If you're not using a public lib…
-
I'd say the error is on EBSCOhost side. They report that item as a "Periodical" in the search results and Zotero uses that information to correct the (frequently-inaccurate) metadata export.
-
We can't really help you with EndNote import errors or EndNote usage (EndNote support would be the proper resource for that), but we can check whether Zotero is exporting RIS correctly. Open the RIS file in a text editor and look for one of the item…
-
What do you mean? You should be able to just enter Greek symbols in any of the fields and they will be correctly exported.

I have just exported >2000 articles from EMBASE to ZoteroHow exactly did you do that? I'm guessing that by exporting the metadata to something like RIS or BibTeX fomat? In that case, imported tags are not considered automatic. Only tags that are …

Try Model for signal-induced Ca2+ and IP3 oscillations See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/rich_text_bibliography for few more markup options. Zotero doesn't support BibTeX markup in fields and takes everything literally. Currently, there are no …

Unfortunately, the way that proxy works is going to be an issue. There may be ways to bypass the problem in Firefox, but not in Chrome (currently anyway). I'll get back to you if we come up with something, but, for the time being, I would suggest ei…

What's the URL (exactly as you see it) of a google scholar page when accessed through your proxy? From what I'd read online, Zotero could be set to intercept endnote citation files. Unfortunately all I get is the option to save the .enw file. I've f…

If you copy the text above (starting with ), go to Zotero gear menu and select Import from Clipboard, the reference does not import? @Dan, is everything up to date in 1798387758 ?

Should be fixed now (commit). Update your translators via Preferences -> General -> Update Now, restart browser, and try again.

Though, I agree that the plus sign should enable once something is filled into the author field.

Could you submit an error report? https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems

Any shortcoming with Groups compared to Method (1)?you can use other sync that Zotero file storage with (1). On the other hand, files are accessible via zotero.org on the website via (2). Otherwise they're quite similar.Though one major advantage to…

Sorry, I don't really understand how your issue relates to this thread (I'm also not entirely sure I understand your issue in general). I'd suggest starting a new thread and explaining in detail what feature you are looking for. Best I can tell, wha…

Its not possible and never going to be possible. ALthough its very useful, Zotero is freeware, and has been designed to maximize the external library so that you have to pay them for extra space. IF they didn't do this, then people could just import…

2. Create a closed group and users become members/admins with full edit rights. Attachments are linked and point to the files residing on the networked drive. Paths are relative. This would be the right solution, except that the part in bold is not …

Oops. Sorry about the Cite part. Fixed above.

There's nothing special about the tag on its own. It takes whatever you put inside of it and places it in the footnote. So without templates, you can drag-drop citations from Zotero in whatever format you want (set via Preferences -> Cite Export…

Also, are you on Mac or Windows? Which version of Word and Zotero are you running?
