Are you using Firefox in the Metro interface? If you switch to the regular desktop, does it work?
-
Could you post the exact message in Spanish?
-
But if "Report Errors..." is grayed out, you can provide a Debug ID for the action of moving/copying an item between collections.
-
No, not yet implemented.

Is your Zotero data directory in an unusual location (e.g. dropbox folder or a network drive)? Try disabling any security software you may have running and see if it fixes the issue.
-
Do you mean that Zotero intercepts it right when you click to download it or when you try to open it after downloading?
-
It should be in the General tab and is now called "Use Zotero for downloaded BibTeX/RIS/Refer files" If you don't see it, please take a screenshot of the General tap, post it on an image hosting site and link to it on the forums. Also, please start…

@adamsmith, FWIW, the PDF display page is "working" for me in both Firefox and Chromium (currently testing on Ubuntu). The only downside in Chromium is that, because the PDF display page is not an HTML page, you do not get a saving indicator. I don'…

Edit: only relevant if what adamsmith is saying dies not fix it. When saving from Chrome, do you have Standalone open? In Zotero preferences in Chrome, does it report that Standalone is available? Could you also provide versions for all relevant so…

I don't think we can reliably address this within the translator itself. IMO, this would need a Zotero update, where Zotero passes deproxified url to the translator in doWeb and detectWeb (I'm a bit surprised this is not the case already, I'll have …

So you get this error immediately after trying to start Zotero Standalone (e.g. from your desktop)? Or is it once you click on the Zotero icon in Firefox (while Zotero Standalone is already running)? If it's the latter, when following Simon's direc…

If you're on Windows, you also need to click OK and close the preference dialog.

Please provide all information requested on the above linked page under step 12, including a sample URL and software version numbers.

There is no other tool. See http://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data

For reference, Option 2 here shows a way to do this in Word using hyperlinks http://shaunakelly.com/word/layout/glossary.html I don't know of another way to add tooltips with custom text. So as adamsmith says, hyperlinks and tooltips will have to b…

In Chrome, for webpages you can right-click --> Save as Zotero Snapshots For PDFs the handling is a little more clumsy, but you can drag the favicon (the little logo at the _left_ of the URL bar) from Chrome to Zotero Standalone to save a PDF. Th…

Could you check if step 7 on this page (http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues) makes any difference? @Dan, anything interesting in that debug log?
-
Zotero still doesn't read RDFa and frankly I still haven't seen any proper (bibliography-related) RDFa implementations. If you have some examples, this shouldn't actually be too hard to implement.

Is Zotero listed under File -> Options -> Add-Ins? If it is, select Templates at the bottom of that window (under Manage), click Go and see if Zotero.dot is enabled/loaded.

On chrome for Android the bookmarklet works using fcheslack's method, but only in Standard PubMed website (not the mobile version). Before saving the article you have to switch to standard website version. I think this is fixed now. The support won'…

Sorry for the very late response, but can you replicate this after updating your translators (http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues step 5)? If you can, run through the other applicable steps on that page. For step 12, we w…

Glad to hear that it is working. Could you explain a bit (and perhaps provide a sample URL) how you are viewing the videos in "full screen" and how you are "downsizing the screen"? This way we can either fix this or know how to help others with the …

Interestingly, the PDF failed to download for me the first time I tried saving that EBSCOhost page (unfortunately I did not have debugging on), but I am not able to reproduce it since. We've seen some network connectivity problems with EBSCOhost bef…

Right, but we would want to first make sure that there's also not a bug in a site-specific translator before moving on to troubleshooting your setup. The error that Dan pulled out of your report seems to be a translator error.
-
yes, but could you provide a URL for the item you were trying to import when you generated the above Report ID? This one is from SAGE and you are referring to EBSCOhost above. Edit: or maybe Dan could look it up.

searching an article in Google Scholar (001), getting linked to the database (002), getting asked to login with my institutional login credentials (003), after choosing my institution I get linked to my university single sign-on page (Shibboleth, 00…

The way this would be done for a book or chapter when a particular entry needs to be cited is to include the page number with the in-text citation and have a single bibliographic entry for a book/chapter. There would also be only one single entry fo…

Are you using Zotero for Firefox or Zotero Standalone with some other browser? When you're accessing the PDF via the web browser, what do you see in the URL bar? Can you also right-click the link to the PDF, copy the link address, and paste it here?
