I think what Dan is asking is when you go to resolve the conflicts, what kind of differences are there between local and remote copies? (E.g. different date modified) He may be able to tell from the Debug report, not sure.

Your best bet is to find an older version of the zotero.sqlite file. It's practically impossible for Zotero to just lose it. Any chance you had your Zotero data directory inside Dropbox or something similar?
