Does it make a difference for syncing to have one big group library with e.g. 100 collections or to have e.g. 5 group libraries with only 20 collections but in summary the same number of references?

No. The 25th reference just let start the 3rd bibliography page. So the 26th is next on the already existing 3rd bib. page. Did you try to reproduce?

OK, now I have disabled the 'quick locate switcher' even it was also set to 'de' and now after restart of firefox its completely German. Later I will restart the complete system for checking. Thank you by now!

'reset' is gray (unavailable). And it is set to 'de'. Nethertheless I restarted again, but without impact. Still mixed languages.
