@sourishbasu It's unlikely we can do anything here. Zotero will replace any changes you make to the bibliography text upon refresh, because you're never meant to manually edit the bibliography. In your instance you are placing this chart "within" t…

Can you confirm that you are running the latest version of Connector (5.0.110) in Chrome, and that citation copying does not work in a new document? If it doesn't, submit a Report ID from the Connector.
-
Google Docs has limits on plugin interactions, and you seem to have hit those, which is why you are getting an error. You will have to wait before using Zotero Connector again. Try again in a few hours.
-
You might need to restart Edge and Zotero. If you are having trouble saving specific pages with all extensions disabled, please post their URLs.
-
You will have to figure out which extension is causing Zotero to break. It's likely just one of them, not all.
-
Try disabling other extensions in Edge and see if it still doesn't work.

Do you run any security software at all? Could you create a macOS account and see whether you can cite there?
-
Does it happen when citing any item, or only those that have non-latin or accented characters?
-
Submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector in Edge after a failed attempt to save a PDF.
-
It might be worth updating macOS to 12.6.7, which is the latest version.
-
What's the full version of macOS that you are running? Did this used to work before? Did anything change on your system (like OS update) before it stopped working?
-
Are you saying that you cannot insert citations into a new empty document? Have you tried restarting your computer?
-
If you follow the last step in the instructions all the way through you will either end up with an empty document in which you can add citations, or you will isolate the problematic citation. That's what you should try.
-
Restart your browser and try again. If it does not help submit a Report ID.

What's the full version number of Word that you are running?

If this does not happen in a new document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.

We have never had reports of the Zotero plugin appearing in the Slow and Disabled Add-ins section in Word. For general troubleshooting when the Zotero tab is missing see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#zotero_too…

Sometimes when using the Google Docs integration, Zotero citation dialog won't pop up on top of the screen. After pressing "Add/edit citation" in Google Docs you may need to manually look through open Zotero windows to find the citation dialog. If …

If some of the items in the source collection are expanded (showing child items), and you Ctrl/Cmd-A in the view, the item count in the item pane is going to include those selected child items. After copying into a different collection none of the i…

There may have been a temporary issue with Google Servers. If it's still not working for you could you submit a Report ID?

Could you submit a Report ID from the Zotero Connector?

Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota). It seems that Google is throttling requests from you. If you have been refreshing your Zotero citations multiple times in the document, changing citation styles or similar, it may have triggered too ma…

Do you get any dialog at all when pressing on the buttons in the Zotero tab in Word?

Make sure you are running the latest Beta. Submit a Report ID.

It's hard to comment your investigation, because there are many factors to the equation of refresh speed. So to give some context, I have spent probably hundreds of hours optimizing Zotero integration speed, specifically because the Word for Mac int…

How do you know the citations are still linked? What happens if you place the cursor on them, then press Edit with Zotero and press Enter/OK in the citation dialog?
