@jwhitley11 You are saving too many items at once and are getting limited by EBSCO. There is a Zotero Connector Beta version available that will attempt to gracefully handle such cases by waiting and trying to save an item again, although it will ap…

The sorting of items in the Zotero library has nothing to do with sorting in your document bibliography. The default Vancouver style numbers items based on appearance in the text and sorts the bibliography by appearance, as long as you don't manual…

The items in your Zotero library are sorted based on columns. You can click on column names in the item tree, to change the sort order, and also right-click on the columns to add new columns that you can sort based on. The items cited in your docum…

This will be fixed in the next beta release. Thanks for the report!

Can you restart Zotero in troubleshooting mode again and make sure it is fully loaded (wait a few minutes), then submit a Debug ID for opening the Advanced Search dialog and performing the operations in the above window, waiting for the items to loa…

@adamsmith @AbeJellinek it seems like there may be a translator issue when adding the item via DOI magic wand where no PDF attachments are detected in Zotero in addition to the captcha window not working when saving via the Zotero Connector

Does this only happen in Advanced Search? Is browsing your Zotero library fast? The window doesn't freeze completely, right? Only freezes for a minute and then resumes working?
-
Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help -> Restart in Troubleshooting Mode)? If so, can you submit a Debug ID from troubleshooting mode?
-
Out of interest, how big is the document you are working with, and how many citations do you have? It seems like perhaps Google has recently changed something about its quotas, since this was rarely an issue over the past few years, but we've had …

Do you get no captcha window at all, just a cross in the progress dialog in your browser? What URL are you saving from? Could you submit a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempted save (after refreshing the page)?

Provide a Report ID.

@RacheleFavaretto You have corrupt citations in headlines 1.4.1 and 1.4.2. You will have to remove and reinsert them. It seems that there is a bug in Word for Mac that corrupts Zotero fields if you set a paragraph style that uses the All Caps option…

You will need to follow the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents instructions. It would be best if you could isolate a small snippet in your document where the issue is reproducible and send it to support@zotero.org.
-
Submit a Report ID. Is this a new document or some old document you are resuming work on?
-
Make sure your version of Zotero is up to date. Then make sure that the Word Integration plugin is enabled in the Zotero add-ons dialog. Finally, make sure both Word and Zotero run as the same user (neither as administrator), without any compatibili…

You will need to follow the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents instructions. Provide with comments on what happens at each step.

You should submit a Debug ID from Zotero (not from Zotero Connector, and not a Report ID, which is different) for an attempt to add a citation to your document, and wait at least 5 minutes before submitting. If you do not provide this information we…

We are unfortunately unable to reproduce these issues ourselves. It might work with OneDrive if you save the document without any space symbols (instead use e.g. "_") in its name, and/or folders leading to that file.

See step 7 of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents.
-
What is the full version number of Word that you are using? You will most likely have to follow the last step of troubleshooting instructions.

Select the item, then hold down Alt (or Ctrl, depending on your OS and version of Zotero) for a second, all the collections that the item is contained in will be highlighted yellow.

After the track changes started it will no longer update the bibliography, it basically does not see any references. Even if I accept all the changes (which defeats the purpose since I have to report them to the journal) it still does not work. Ther…

Ok, so it's possible some other extension was causing it after an update, and got updated again. Especially if you had proxy redirection working, then it stopped working with this behaviour, and now it works again. If it starts misbehaving again, tr…

It's a limitation of Google Docs. Zotero citations themselves are internally stored as links in Google Docs, so we cannot make the doi text a proper link.

See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/site_access_limits

Does it work if you restart your Mac?
-
You did not try everything on that page or you would have provided more information as requested at the bottom.

Could you disable all other extensions except for Zotero Connector, restart your browser and check if this still happens (or install Zotero Connector into a new Firefox profile if that is easier).
