There is a bug in LibreOffice that breaks citation insertion if the Writer paragraph style "Next Style" property is changed to a different style. The error only occurs if the citation text has diacritics or uses non-latin alphabet. You will have to …

@elyserawlson @kyragaunt @toniblanco does it happen if you disable all other extensions but Zotero? Does it happen on some particular pages? Can you consistently reproduce it? If so, what are the steps?
-
Generally reinstalling Zotero is not something we recommend, but it might help in this instance. Uninstall your existing Zotero installation (your library will not be affected), then redownload and reinstall it.

Does this happen in Troubleshooting Mode?

See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/85603/bug-in-zotero-beta-video-iframe-image-not-saved-in-snapshot/ Zotero Connector doesn't save frames in its snapshots. We've had this discussion before both internally and with the community in the forums…

This will probably resolve on its own, it's an issue on Google's end. Restarting the browser, or trying a different one, like Chrome, might help.
-
You have to see the Getting Help page, follow the troubleshooting steps there and if they don't help provide the information that we ask for there.

No. If I open Zotero.dotm directly, the tab still appears unlabelled and the buttons do not work. If even a manually opened Zotero.dotm doesn't receive a label and you receive no alerts or notifications from Word about macros, then something in your…

Don't post the error log directly into the forums, just submit a Report ID in the future. It seems like you ran into some Google server issues with the 500 errors. It's likely this will be fixed on Google's side by this point. If you still encounte…

What citation style are you using? If you are using a style that puts citations in Footnotes, this is the expected behavior.
-
It's never been the case that if you inserted a citation in LibreOffice and continued typing that the ReferenceMark would immediately expand. You had to somehow move the cursor forwards and back (e.g. by typing a Space and then deleting it).

You got an Edit Bibliography dialog when you pressed the Add/Edit Bibliography button. I.e. you had already inserted the bibliography in your document. You should press the button again, and press Revert All in the bottom left of that dialog, then p…

You might want to email arxiv about it, since it's their bug, although they may be aware of it, since right now none of the RSS feed pages on arxiv are serving any items at all, so they seem to be still in the middle of some changes.

Create a new document in LibreOffice, attempt to cite with Zotero, and when prompted for document preferences, make sure you select the option to store Zotero citations as Reference Marks. Do you still see it there? Generally this only happens if y…

Could you submit a Report ID?

@emirsale Generally there is no interoperability between different citation manager references inserted into text documents. However there is one between Zotero and Mendeley Desktop (now discontinued). If you imported items with the importer includ…

What version of macOS are you running? Have you tried updating and restarting your machine? What citation style are you using? Are you saying this occurs in a new document as well with just a single citation? Could you produce a Debug ID from Zotero…

Do you see citations in the citation dialog? If not, see Existing Citations Not Detected.
-
What happens if you place the cursor in that citation and press Add/Edit Citation in the Zotero tab?
-
Zotero is compatible with citations inserted with Mendeley Desktop. If you import your library into Zotero using the Zotero Mendeley importer, the items in your document will be automatically linked to your Zotero library.

If you open Zotero.dotm directly with Word does the Zotero tab work?
-
Delete the bibliography (and all its duplicates) completely from the document, then insert the bibliography again. It shouldn't start duplicating again.
-
This is almost 100% not related to the number of words in your document, and instead to something else. You will have to follow the troubleshooting steps I linked to above.
-
You should still submit a Report ID. See Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for more troubleshooting steps.
-
If you are using Safari, does this happen with Chrome or Firefox? You might need to restart Zotero before testing.
