Right, so the debug output there does not have anything useful. It is as if LibreOffice is not talking to Zotero for commands other than Insert Bibliography. Could you: 1) In LibreOffice, go to Tools > Macros > Run Macro..., then select My Ma…
-
This is weird issue you are having, because LibreOffice can talk to Zotero, but the citation popups won't show up. I have just tried the same exact setup and the citation dialog shows up normally when clicking Insert Citation. The report does not …

Does the group show up in Zotero Standalone for you (you might need to click the little triangle next to "Group Libraries" to see it)? If so, have you added files to it (in the usual ways you would for your personal library)? Do they show up on zote…

You could probably do more debugging to figure out where the problem is: 1. See if other Word add-ins install and appear correctly 2. Try installing on a different machine with the same setup, if you have one available
-
Zotero uses the same installer as Mozilla Firefox, so same flags apply. Try the -ms flag.
-
Rather strange, that KDE Dolphin does not support drag-and-drop. Either way, you could just use in-build Zotero export functionality. Right click a collection, choose "Export Collection", choose any format, like "Zotero RDF", which allows exporting …

What operating system are you using? If you are on a Mac see these instructions regarding Word 2016. There's a section for Windows on that page too.
-
See this, including the instructions for El Capitan (even if you are on Sierra) https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#mac1

Haven't poked around Microsoft Word too much. Not really sure, sounds like corrupt field problem. Are you sure you cannot insert citations into a new Word document?
-
Note that Firefox support isn't going away. The add-on will be switched to a Chrome connector-style extension instead, which will work with multiprocess Firefox. You will still be able to add resources from Firefox into Zotero.
-
Please provide more context.
-
Clicking on the Safari icon on https://www.zotero.org/download/ should download the extension to Downloads. You will need to open `Zotero_Connector-4.0.28-1.safariextz` in your Downloads directory, which should launch the extensions pane in Safari a…

The read status of feeds and feed items is not synced. This is due to the volume of items that some RSS feeds naturally generate, which would be a huge amount of data to sync.

Credo Reference provides its own import to Zotero functionality, which appears to be broken. Although I am not sure why they didn't contribute a Zotero translator instead of providing a custom solution. You could try creating a translator yourself, …

Your chromebook is on the ARM platform, which is very non-standard for personal computers. Zotero.org does not have pdftotext/pdfinfo for ARM based OSes. I don't have a machine to test on myself, but these instructions should work if you are runnin…

I would highly advise talking to the administrator first - the alternative is very tedious: You can right click the "Save to Zotero" button and copy the link address. On the webpage that you want to save to Zotero paste the link into the URL bar an…

adamsmith:There's two things you need to do: 1. (Disable automatic sync in the sync tab of the preferences then...) Go to show folder, which opens the data directory in Finder. Then close Zotero and move the entire "zotero" folder (in Finder) to the…

Zotero Bookmarklet should work.

The issue occured after a firefox crash. Rather than re-installing zotero for firefox, I installed zotero standalone. A firefox crash should not require you to reinstall the zotero extension for firefox. Why did you decide to switch to standalone? A…

You could try updating your JRE (or perhaps an JRE update that came out after May 2016 broke it, so try downgrading). Otherwise it's a difficult one to debug and even if it were possible to reproduce reliably it is almost certainly an issue with JRE…
-
Here you should be looking at "Java SE Runtime Environment 8u101" and possibly "Java SE Development Kit 8u101" if JRE is not detected by LibreOffice. You can see the version of Java LO uses in Preferences > Advanced. It seems that you need to re…
-
I can reproduce. This is likely caused by the newest JRE version not being properly supported by LO. You could try downgrading to JRE 1.8.0_101 and seeing if that helps.
-
I managed to reproduce this once on 5.1.4.2, but not again, after trying many inserts. There are many moving parts and failure points with LO, but from my one successful test it did not seem to be a Zotero problem. You should try upgrading to 5.1.…

I am afraid this is a MS Office problem, even with the newest version, they seem to ignore certain CSS properties to make this work properly. For Word, you should just use a Word Processor Plugin, which will format the bibliography properly. A quic…

This is almost certainly a problem with pasting formatted HTML into Scrivener. 1.9.7.0 release notes say that they fixed a bug: Removed code attempting to clean up styles from HTML on the clipboard when pasting into Scrivener, as doing so could lose…

Are you citing items from a group library by any chance?
-
You can press up or down arrow keys, which moves the selected item up or down by one and scrolls the view, as long as the middle-pane is active. To make it active you can click on the pane scrollbar.

The French collective library catalog has an RSS feed option for search results - this is an example http://cinabre.sudoc.abes.fr/psi_gui/sudoc2rss.php?url=http://www.sudoc.abes.fr//DB=2.1/SET=1/TTL=1/CMD?ACT=SRCHA&IKT=21&SRT=RLV&TRM="Pr…

I am not sure if Android Chrome ever supported bookmarklets, but it certainly hasn't for quite some time. Firefox for Android, however, works fine.
