This has nothing to do with Zotero. There has been no change between Zotero 6 and 7 how the citations are stored in Word documents, so if this worked before, then the change was made in Word.

If it works in a new account it means that some configuration option on your main account is preventing it from working. If you figure out what that is let us know and we will look into fixing it.

@ewdeutsch There are unresolved tracked review changes in the document. You should resolve those first either in Google Docs or in Word after which the document conversion will work fine.
