@mjthoraval Are you able to load the PDF in your browser with the unproxied URL (i.e. are you authenticated with ScienceDirect via some means)? Does a valid PDF load for you in your browser when accessing it via the proxy?

Next time you have this issue provide a Debug ID for a click on a LibreOffice plugin button that does nothing.

Sorry, this is a new issue in Sequoia. You will have to click through that dialog every time you restart Zotero. It will be fixed in Zotero 7.0.8.

Delete the Zotero installation folder (usually in Program Files) and rerun the Zotero installer. Your data won't be affected. Sorry for the trouble, this is already fixed in the current version of Zotero.

Please create new threads for troubleshooting. Restart Word, then open the Debug Output viewer and press the Add/Edit Bibliography button in Word. You should start seeing debug information being logged related to the processing of the bibliography.
