That's not a valid Debug ID. Please paste it exactly as you see it in Zotero, starting with the letter D. Also see Reporting Problems and provide more detailed information about the nature of the issue.

No need for Chrome debug id. Do you have entries in your Zotero library that you have successfully saved from Ovid OCE before? If you access the ovid page not via the proxy, does saving with Zotero work?
