Some other steps: 1) Open a PDF with existing annotations in the Zotero PDF Reader 2) Select an existing annotation in the Annotations Pane 3) From the top menu: Edit -> Select All 4) Right-click on an annotation -> https://s3.amazonaws.com/zo…

Can you explain what is this blue dot and where you expect to see it? Can you share a screenshot?

In Zotero 6, there was a "Clear Selection" option available from a right-click in the annotations colors and tags area: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/z41yeo2x13qspuxuhpef.png It does not work anymore in Zotero 7.

Probably "Deselect All", at the bottom right of the tags pane? https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/2xhpg3pj2gfeb9yrzlm7.png

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

I still observe the problem in the last post above in the latest version of Zotero. Zotero 7.0.11-beta.9+0a6095322 (64-bit) Windows 10

I still observe these bugs in the latest version. Example of steps to reproduce: 1) Open a note in a separate window 2) Click on the "Format Text" icon in the toolbar: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/3jgmsbo380yw053ldskr.p…

After doing some more testing, it seems that the depth at which the outline is expanded depends on the PDF file. In Zotero 6 (I have tested Zotero 6.0.10 and 6.0.27 on Windows 10), the Reader was respecting that setting, same as most PDF readers. No…

@martynas_b: I don't know about earlier versions of Zotero. But I have just tested in Zotero 6.0.27, and indeed the default was to get the outline fully expanded. It is also the case for most PDF readers. But I also agree that I prefer seeing a col…

@Soph.8999: Your citation key formula should work. You just need to refresh the citation keys that you want to update. Changing a pattern will only affect items created/changed after you changed the pattern; existing keys are not automatically regen…

Thank you for your reply.

I haven't tested recently, but this Zutilo feature should be replaced by this script of the Actions & Tags plugin: https://github.com/windingwind/zotero-actions-tags/discussions/194

Fixed, thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you. This is working again in the beta.7.

An update on this problem: the icons at the top of the Annotations Panes are not being selected anymore. But the Edit -> Select All menu option still does not work. It highlights the comment of the annotation selected when selected from the Annot…

You can do that with the Better Notes plugin: https://github.com/windingwind/zotero-better-notes

Thank you. It would also be useful to have that field wider to be able to see the full path directly, considering that there is a lot of space not used on the right.

@isaac.yc I don't see why "there can be multiple child attachments per item" is considered to be an obstruction to having a batch rename menu on parent items. Zotero keeps the name of the files added for additional attachments, because it is the onl…

This is from the plugin Translate for Zotero. It should not happen if you disable the plugin. Or you can disable the option in the settings of the plugin: https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u265723/hya5e4r4zxk9t1o63wwz.png

I have just checked and the bug is still the same. But the workaround should work in the meantime.

Does it work if you try importing the annotations? https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/447301/#Comment_447301

Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing the problem, as linked in my post above? This will probably help the devs look into the problem. You can also share screenshots here on what the icon looks like when "this icon is dead".

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins? If so, the devs will probably need to see a Debug ID for Zotero reproducing the problem.
