Broken Read Aloud by unplugging earplugs

When I unplug the earplugs, the sound does not come back to the computer.
I need to close the tab and reopen it to work again.

In the debug log below, I have started the Read Aloud in a PDF file, plugged the earplugs (still got the sound on the earplugs), and unplugged the earplugs, after which I did not get the sound anymore. I have then started the Read Aloud in another tab, where it worked fine, showing that the sound is broken only in the first tab.
The Debug ID is D1786214991.
