My bad, I just need to click on "Finish". After that, the next one comes, and the button becomes "Next" to go to the next one.

After starting and aborting the renaming process, I have tried to restart the renaming again. This time it took more than 3 minutes to show the preview results. So the waiting time can get longer in some cases.

If you have followed all the steps in the troubleshooting page you link to, you will need to provide the information requested at the end (step 14). Is "air quality" a collection or a library? Does it work if you save to "My Library"?
