You can export to CSV and analyze the data in any software of your choosing (Excel, Tableau, R, python...). There's nothing built in, though, no.

I wouldn't recommend _writing_ in such a big doc, but generally Zotero should be able to handle it, albeit slowly (unless you're on Word for Mac; it might actually not finish there).

The current format is newly required by IEEE, so that's what Zotero implements. Virtually all other numeric styles collapse ranges to 1-5, so any other style would work.
