Depends on the citation style -- you have set a default style for quick copy in the export tab of the preferences. Most styles don't include an abstract, it appears you selected one that does.

No, we refer to these as 'composite' styles and they're used pretty much exclusively in Chemistry and follow a logic unlike any other type of citation format and are currently (and in the near-to-mid future) not supported, sorry.
