It wouldn't start and I am using Monterey, that is why I posted on that thread. I then reinstalled and it again wouldn't start so I followed your instructions on the other thread and downloaded beta, at the same time I forced quit multiple times, an…

The latest Zotero download, on Mac 12.4 freezes on startup... it gives an error. On restarting, it is working.
-
Correct.
-
Yes that was the question. I modified the keyboard in sys prefs making option the command and command the option and now it seems to work.

Tabbing [indent para] is now working within the note.
-
Unfortunately, I can't find the 'generate report from item' online, but since it updates to desktop, no issues.
-
The tab on my machine doesn't do anything with lists. In any case, I am not working with bulleted lists, only indented paras. But I noticed that online the 'increase indent' still exists, and that updates to the desktop when synced. Also, the highl…

The Tab does not function within the note for me. Citations with indented paras should be accurately represented as such in notes which are then printed and filed. I really appreciated the option to indent in the last version. In Word and LibreOff…

The database was corrupted, as you had suggested. It was repaired following your instructions (check database integrity). As you suggested, the issue had nothing to do with the individual PDF's and any encryption.
-
I had installed Zotero OCR this evening but the issues were from yesterday. I just removed it. I am running the database integrity test now.
-
It seems to be stuck on a single file that has been already trashed. That file was not encrypted.
-
I sorted the items by Extra field using format: yyyymmddhhmm such as 202008211546 but this is not ideal.
-
It repaired itself. Thanks! What a huge relief!

'Fix errors...'?
-
It just told me that errors were found in my database.
-
zotero.sqlite is almost 981 MB
-
How long is a database integrity check supposed to take? 5 min? 10 Min?
-
Apologies that I also generated a second ID D1438478119 which should be identical output

Option Fn F9 on Mac. Worked. No comm errors. Citations look right. Thank you much appreciated!

It might be that the section tests for container-title values but I am not sure, given my ignorance of XML, how one could test for only certain textual container values, such as CarswellOnt, and then proceed to render without []. For the time being…

K, my apologies. I am using the 'extra' field but as can be imagined, it is very time consuming and redundant.
-
Can we please see the 'section' field of 'statute' available to sort, as this would be very helpful when multiple sections of the same statue are displayed.
-
Is there a way to add this sort field by customizing Zotero?
-
The issue is the slowness of my machine (due to its age), not Zotero. I did not foresee that might affect the saving (while saving the addition of notes is frozen). Considering a migration to Linux.
-
@adamsmith Seems to have spontaneously resolved today. Started Z and no issues. Completely different behaviour - no sync issues at all.
-
I am also getting constant sync conflicts, but am using 4.0.29.15 . This just started to occur yesterday. It doesn't matter how many times I go through the conflict resolution process - when Z is booted I get the same 29 conflicts. Both standalone a…

Done. Edited style.

Removed the short section and included RSO in the date field. Not perfect but better than before. macro name="render-bill"> group delimiter=" "> group delimiter=", "> text variable="title" font-style="italic"/> …

Seems to have been an issue with my machine's 'Get Info' utility measuring the size of the zotero folder. 'Get Info' was giving an incorrect size (not updating). When measured from inside the zotero folder, however, it corrected itself, and now 'Get…
