Are you using the default size of the interface or a bigger one? I do this this if I make the font bigger twice from the default (or even once on by other computer, might depend on the resolution).

Probably because of LibreOffice 24. If you can, you should switch back to LibreOffice version 7

I guess you are using LibreOffice 24, which has a lot of problems (for example). I can reproduce with version 24. It works with LibreOffice 7.

There is a "Back" button in the "Go" menu and in the toolbar. But it appears to break after the first jump back.

Could you provide an example URL for which the pdf file is not downloaded? Also, be sure that "Automatically attach associated PDFs and other files when saving items" is checked under Zotero Settings > General

The reference style follows the National Library of Medicine (NLM) style. You should start with the Taylor & Francis - National Library of Medicine style. If you find some discrepancies, please request a new style, following the instructions.
