This look like something the Ethereal Style does. Do you have this plugin installed? Do you see this after restarting in troubleshooting mode? (I didn't see you have tried it in your post)

This looks like an error in the style. (Note: the publisher macro in style has a comma as delimiter and inside the group, the page label has a comma as prefix, which might be the culprit). Let's wait for the opinion of a CSL guru
