• Thanks so much. Have done that and there is a long list of errors but no associated time and date that I can see. The errors are JavaScript Error Failed to load or JavaScript websocket connection closed 1006. But no time or date

• Sadly no screenshort was taken (near the end of a deadline so was panicking a bit). Are there any logs that zotero produces or that Word produces that are analysable at all? If so, how would I go about analysing them and getting evidence of a crash?…
