Version 6 Given the many improvements in 7, this may well be better there, but I haven't tested yet.

OH NO! For our use (e.g. with Kerko) that's a real issue :( For Kerko, a group library essentially is a data store, so we need to be sure of the integrity of the data. We often have an annotated and non-annotated versions of Pdfs and we don't want…

I would still love to know :)

@hsiangyu_wong - thank you for the message, and so sorry for not seeing this earlier. The plugin is interesting, but doesn't seem to be able to do more colours (or change the colours). It can display the tags in a column, which is helpful, and could…

That's amazing, thank you! Apologies for slow reply - works nicely, many thanks @brendanoconnell!

Just to give another data point. I prob have ~ 100k items across 20 libraries that I load into the desktop. Recent higher-end Dell, running Ubuntu. The main issue is 'jitter' - let me explain. Searching or copying between libraries can be slow. Whe…

+1 to an Android app. We're doing a lot of work in lower income countries where typically Android is dominant.

Unsurprisingly, I completely agree! :)

That's amazing, thank you!

Indeed!

Stull very interested in this!

Registering my interest in this too!

I'd still love to have this as well.

I agree that it's the same as google docs, but it's not the same as other things in Zotero. :) Anybody [with edit rights] can can edit notes, anybody can edit item metadata. I was surprised that annotations are different. What would be wrong with …

Fixed in 6.0.5-beta.2+c510d9146.
-
@adamsmith - many thanks!
-
Amazing - thank you!

We have a system incorporating kerko and crossref to do that. It uses Zorro item keys, but it's different from the zotero based citation system. If anybody wants to see it, I'm be happy to give a demo (boys meet/zoom).
-
@j.cossio - There was a question elsewhere on the forum on the Android app. Zotero currently has a job ad out for a developer.
-
Well done on the release!

I am not sure how I missed that — my excuse is that I swear that the button didn't visually latch maybe in an early beta. But I'm probably wrong about that. However, yes, I stand corrected, and the PDF reader does work like that: kudos to the Zote…
