There is no error window pops up so I can't get a reporta ID. Here is the version of zotero: 7.0.0-beta.13+2277c7389. I'm using a macbook with macOS Monterey.

Yes. I saw someone online saying that changing the default language of Word to English is effective, and I tried it out and it worked. However, I still prefer to stay on the Chinese version.
