Can someone take a look at this? Thanks.

I'm still having this problem. Sorry, I need to stick with troubleshooting long enough to fix it! Here's a Debug ID D1752717406 I found a reference that doesn't work. Here's the link from the EBSCO (PsycInfo) results page, which clearly shows tha…

Ok, here's a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector: 986959460 This was four attempts. The first two were through links like the following, that took me to results windows in Ebsco. So I was still in Ebsco, but looking at the PDF in the browser. In bo…

This is still happening quite frequently, where I know my university has access to the PDF, and sometimes I'm looking right at the PDF, but Zotero won't bring it. Here is a Debug ID for one example. D1384943344. In this case, I was seeing the PDF fr…

This happened again. I have a collection in My Library and am trying to copy of the items into a Group Library. It copies over the items but doesn't bring any of the attached PDFs.

I seem to still be having trouble with this off and on. I use our university library database, often from home. I typically am using PsycInfo, which is an EBSCO database. I have trouble getting Zotero to bring in PDFs, no matter what screen I'm on. …

I most likely did it around Jan 1 (when, as you noted, I deleted/reorganized stuff). I think last backup was a half year ago, which won't be useful for me. So I think I'm out of luck. Thanks for the ideas, though.
-
So if I deleted one I shouldn't have then it just stinks to be me? Darn it!

As an update, we fixed the problem using the above link about Files Not Syncing. The files were working in Zotero on my assistant's computer, but not online or on mine. We reset the sync history on his computer, resynced on his, then I opened mine…

I'm picking up this discussion again. I spent several years creating a large library when I converted my file drawers to digital. It is a Group Library so I could have research assistants help build it. Unfortunately I didn't copy it to My Librar…

D1359916042 I tried to copy a Collection to a new library. Then in the new copy, I went to the first record (which had a blue circle not filled it). I clicked it and got the error. I should also note that when going through one of my other col…

I'm worried about the proxy settings because I messed with them to try to see if I could fix the problem:) I enabled Debug ID. Here it is: D1566386452 I did two tries in Ebsco, one that didn't work, and then one that did. Here is a link to a…

And how do I know I have the latest version of the connector - does it update automatically or do I need to reinstall it?
-
So, I shouldn't have to do through Cisco Connect anymore when off campus? When I go into Preferences for the Zotero Connector, and then Proxies, what should my settings be there?
-
Also, I have my Preference set to Automatic Sync.
-
They all have the a filled blue circle before copying. Some do some don't when copied to new location. The ones with filled blue circle work, while those with empty circle get the error noted above.

I'm having this problem again. Not sure if Zotero changed, Ebsco changed, Cisco connect changed, or I changed a setting somehow. I'm contacting my library to see about your request above.
-
It was fine and where it should be in the backup version. My backup is in My Library. The primary version I'm using is in a Group Library shared with research assistants. We are using this library for fairly extensive coding of 240 articles. So,…

Pardon my ignorance but by current Zotero beta do you mean the version I have or a version that is forthcoming? Not sure how it works with Zotero. Also, how do I use the feature? Does it happen automatically from the search result page in PsycI…

When I used the Cisco AnyConnect without the Zotero proxy it worked. I just assume I have to get to the page that has the PDF. Ideally at some point Zotero will have something like Endnote's Find Full Text where Zotero goes to find the PDF, withou…

D1632184127 Again, this is for the three examples above - two that didn't work and one that did.

D679355317 I logged myself doing the three examples above, the two that didn't work and the one that did.

Link to a Word doc with a screen shot of what I see when it doesn't work. https://www.sugarsync.com/pf/D644099_07382366_8239357

Firefox browser Zotero 5.0.55 This is off campus, but, I have to log in using my university credentials so it usually still knows my subscriptions. When I log into EBSCO there is a yellow bar up top with a message saying "Zotero automatically red…

That's the problem then. I have those collections already in the library, just as sub-collection under other collections. I'm sort of using My Library as one place to backup my collections in my Group Libraries. I guess I can only have one back v…

By nothing happens I mean the collection doesn't get moved and nothing seems to happen. Sort of a drag but don't drop operation. I tried the Debug thing and there was a submit error. Here is a link to the file, though: https://www.sugarsync.com/…

I'm trying to move collections with subcollections from a Group Library to My Library and it basically does nothing. In other words, I grad a collection in a Group Library, drag it over to hoovering on a collection in My Library until it is highlig…

I created them independently. Merging duplicates seems to make them messy, as then they have a bunch of stuff attached to them (maybe it is just my OCD, but when I click the arrow on a record that is the result of merging duplicates, it has a bunch…

The blue circles are now turning into blue dots, and I can open them. Problem solved. No reply necessary, but hopefully this will help someone in the future!
