I don’t think anyone here is going to be able to help you troubleshoot this further. This is a Word feature, so I suggest posting to Word forums about why the style isn’t showing up.

Relations refer to specific items, and items in different Groups are unique items. So, there is not way to preserve relations as there isn’t a clear conceptually correct behavior (e.g., which library should the relation point to?).

What exactly do you mean by your Zotero storage folder in iCloud? How exactly did you set that up?

This would usually indicate a sync error on the uploading computer.

After you have saved the item, click on it in Zotero and drag it to the other collection. The Item will then be in both collections.
