Hi, I've just gotten a new laptop so I've had reinstall Zotero etc. etc. Everything is fine, except for the fact that the Zotero word extension is not working on my new laptop, but is working fine on my old laptop. I've went through the same process of enabling, disabling and restarting but it just its not added on for some reason. I don't know if its confused because it is the same Microsoft Office account/email but I don't think that's what it is.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears!
