This is not currently possible. I recommend manually copying and pasting the citation text under the figure, then clicking Add/Edit Bibliography and adding the item to the bibliography list from the Edit Bibliography window.

Can you say what specifically is wrong? If you mean the citation is in bold text, check the Word formatting style (Body, Heading 1, etc.) that is applied to the paragraph. Zotero applies the same style to the citation as is used by the paragraph.

The ACM style is written to initialize names already. Check that you have names entered in two-field mode in your library rather than in one-field mode (that is, as Frid | Emma, rather than as “Emma Frid”)
