I was having the same problem. I had to exit, restart my computer, and with some patience, the bibliography appeared.

@adamsmith Thank you. I tried doing that, switching from ASA (American Sociological Association) to Chicago and it worked. Problem is, I have to use ASA formatting. The 2009a; 2009b formatting did work under ASA before the last update though.

Same for me. The feature from before of just clicking on a name and typing in the first few letters to jump down is much easier than using the search bar.
